When you are asking instructions on how you would take a blood thinner you don’t say “google it” to a patient.The amazing nurses at Cabell Huntington oncology helped us get medication filled at their location and going the extra mile unlike Chapmanville Walgreens

Sometimes there is a wait at this pharmacy, but for as busy as it is I feel it’s reasonable. The employees that work here are always willing to help, and have offered ways for me to save money on prescriptions (through discount cards and such) that I didn’t know about. I really enjoy that Walgreens has an app and also has other ways of filling and getting notifications on when your prescription is ready.When calling, there has been times I have been on hold, but if you go to the store you will see just how busy they are so I am understanding if I have to wait to talk to the pharmacist about any questions I may have. In my opinion, the employees seem to multitask very effectively when there are a lot of customers waiting for prescriptions.

Very friendly pharmacist and he was also not only willing to admit what he didn't know for 100% sure but to look it up to make sure. Only complaint was like everyone else tjey make a big deal about get abd use my rewards card get abd use rewards card yada yada yada but told the girl ringing me up at the pharmacy counter twice in 2 different transactions I had a wellness+ card and she did not svan it either time so i figured maybe where you have to type your # in at the pharmacy it does it then automatically but nope! It didn't! They want us to get the card and hound us to use them but then won't scan them! Lol

Every time I call there, I either get hung up on or put on hold before I can even say anything(if they answer) They don’t have time for their customers so, I am switching today. I know a couple of workers there but, I seem to not get them when it’s my time for medication or help. My medicine is never ready when I get there either. I’ve called a day or two ahead of time and show up and it’s not there. So, it has nothing to do with how busy they are, when they’ve had plenty of time to fill my medicine.Just poor customer service.

I've been waiting like 15 minutes in the drive thru for ONE car. 3 people behind me have left. This place BLOWS. DO NOT expect decent or timely service.

This Walgreens has a liquor section and photo processing. They no longer do Western Union there, but did in the past.
