Would not recommend because of the following:Cons:-tried to convince me my car didnt exist/ next day tried to convince me my car was a different make-lost my contact info once-kept my car for over a month without doing anything-kept promising to run a diag “tomorrow” for Weeks-never contacted me about anything, i had to call them first-kept my car unlocked, i never had anything important in there to begin with other than my dash cam, but i much prefer to keep my car locked at all times, the few times i came to check on my car (physically not over the phone) it was unlocked. They have cameras, but they’re only good for after things happen, not during.-called today and asked if the ran the diag, they were confused (told me yesterday they’d run it today... again) when i arrived in store to pull by car because of all the issues ive been having with them (see below), they switched their story up saying they ran the diag, keep in mind the call and when i showed up in store was about 7-9 minutes apart.-green lit the repair, called a week or so later to ask for an update, found out they were ‘told’ by my dad to hold off on the repair, my father has nothing to do with my car other than to drop me off because my car was being “repaired” by them, even the sign in info card had my name on them, and no written record of my father on them, and this was the most concerning con for me, and the straw that broke the camels back, because whats stopping some random person from coming in and saying “i” told them to halt my repair.One way for them to remedy this is by asking if they have a secondary contact, and not let anyone whos not on the written check in info, halt/approve/pickup the car.This is especially concerning when i have some stalkers (so far its just my online profiles/asking my friends about me, creepy stuff i tell you) and i would very much prefer if they didnt get access to my car, or its repair activities.Pros:-seemed willing to help-nice peopleIts unlikely that i’ll return to this place because of all the issues that ive had, though i have no doubts about their repair abilities, i have major concerns with their security practices. I would suggest you try for youself and see if you have a better experience than i had, but i would not suggest leaving your car down there for more than 3 days.
