I went through the drive thru and had an item missing. When I called back the employee I spoke with was very rude and uncooperative, she said I would have to drive 30 minutes of my time , using my gas to pick the item up that day or I would just be losing the money I spent on that item. She also would not give me a phone number of the owner so I could make a complaint on this situation . Most restaurants that screw orders up will simply write your name down and let you pick that missing item up the next time you come back by their restaurant but not this one. This policy needs to be changed and their also needs to be someone you can speak with about issues like this. I had to ask someone that was driving by the Chapmanville Dairy Delight to stop by and pick this item up and when she went in and asked for it the employee went to the back, conversed with another employee there, then brought the bag up to her tossing it across the counter at her and sarcastically saying have a nice day. It’s no wonder people are constantly complaining about this restaurant.

Hubs enjoyed fish sandwich, good size. My hamburger was good...just wish it had the cheese on it that I ordered. Food was hot and served with a smile. We will return

We were in line at the drive-thru at the Chapmanville location. They took order for vehicle in front of us, when we got to order we were rudely turned away because it was 9:01. So sad!!! Just lost 2 customers! Never again. At least Wendys in Chapmanville gained 2 customers

I ordered a grilled hotdog and got a steamed bun. I also ordered a regular chicken dinner and only got 2 pieces of chicken rather than 4. When I called they told me to come back but I live too far away. I guess you have to check every meal before you leave to see if you get what you order.

Was only customer there. I waited 15 minutes before someone made a joke and while running, happen to see me. She did apologize but 35 minutes at a drive through fast food place, with no customers there except you.Then they tried to give me my desserts without using the stirring machine because she didn't want to clean it again. Didn't even offer a discount. Nice attitudes but horrible service. On a normal day the employees are very nice but service seems to always be slower than other places

The food was great, but they only had three people working. The wait was around 35 minutes for four cars and however many inside. I can't fault the employees, but management needs to do something.

Clean and what appeared to be newly remodeled.Their customer service, is typical among the youth working today. Where attention to the customer , and thoughtfulness is rare.The food was horrible. We ordered the funnel cake for the two of us, and both orders was so hard and dense we could not even eat them. In fear of breaking a tooth.The strawberry shortcake, had 3 strawberries and the rest was syrup.I had the banana split. Which would had been good, but it had two slivers of strawberry, 3 small 1/8 inch chunks of pineapple , (0) cherry , no nuts, way to much syrup chocolate/strawberry . Plenty soft serve. And of course one banana.The lil man is a vanilla milk shake expert. And if he don't like a vanilla milkshake. There is something terribly wrong with that picture. He didn't like it at all.So, I thought I'd taste it, and see why he didn't want it. And it was more of a Skim Milk shake, without the vanilla. I was extremely dissatisfied with the shake.Overall very dissatisfied with anything we ordered there.I'd not recommend this Dairy Delight to any one wanting mediocre or worse than of a dessert.

There food is very expensive for poor quality food! My 1 year old got food poisoned eating there fries. Very unprofessional staff. Nasty eating areas. Management has definitely gone down hill. Takes for ever to get your food. They do not clean the way that they are suppose to do by the rule book. Past worker told me no one uses gloves or hair nets and some people even drop food on the floor and still serve it to you. They put gloveless hands in food before serving they even eat pieces of fries while serving you. Just an awful place to eat at I do not recommend wasting your money.

This was my first visit and I was not impressed by the speed of the drive thru. The food was hurried and a little sloppy but had the potential to be excellent. Especially the hot dog. Love the grilled bun and the sauce was good.

Their staff seems to be inexperienced. The cashier my boyfriend and I got wouldn’t listen and interrupted my boyfriend when he tried to tell her she got his order wrong. He wanted a combo and they failed to give him that, even when he tried to tell her. When we got home, our food was cold and when he took a bite of his burger, there was a hair at least a foot long COOKED IN THE PATTY! Not to mention the wait. Every time we go there we have to wait an extremely long time even if it’s just for a small sundae.

Waited 25 minutes for food that was cold, waited 10 mins for someone to just hand us napkins, and then another 15 for blizzards that ended up being milkshakes, and lacked flavor of any kind.

Terrible I coulda had my two year old make a better hot dog then what they had, messed up on my order 3 times! wouldn’t even put the one star TERRIBLE!!!!!

The burgers and hotdogs are good and the polar Pete's are a must try with M&M's or they have a lot of different ice cream and shakes.

Since they've rebuilt after a fire a couple years ago, they have a really nice, new facility. Inside, it's utter chaos. Employees standing around seeming to do nothing while drive through and lobby customers wait indecently long times for simple orders. I can't detect that employees know what the processes are for delivering product.On this visit I saw a long drive through line, so I went inside to order two milkshakes. I was told, after I ordered, mind you, that they had no vanilla ice cream to make ice cream orders with. How absurd. I know things happen in the food business, I really do, but these guys have a long way to go to get to where they can handle the task of delivering their menu with even a modicum of efficiency. The old store on the other side of "town" is still okay, but this place is too frustrating for a return visit.

Hot dog was close to what they use to be. Chicken nuggets were raw in the middle, and my boys burger tasted microwaved. Definitely not the same as before the fire.... I drove 5 hrs from NC to be disappointed

Always slow no matter when I visit. Is horrible having to wait over 10 minutes just to get a simple ice cream cone and then the cone be messed up and dripping everywhere.

The food is mediocre, if you go through the drive through be prepared for a 20 min plus wait. It's impossible to speak to a manager about issues. If you complain they do nothing. Worst place to eat in this area, period.

BBQ was great, slaw was great, chicken sandwich was ok - burger was not really edible & onion rings were trashed! I will be back - but only for the good old WV BBQ & slaw!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I am pregnant, and ordered a grilled chicken sandwhich... wrong choice, I recieved my sandwich under cooked and my cheese fries tasted like cardboard with nacho cheese.

I have to say the food is great,the place is very clean. The only complaint is the cheap fake toppings like M&M's for their version of a blizzard. They are fake and taste like wax.
