The only complaint I have is for some reason or another, they never get my whopper correct; Lett, cheese, mayopeople, not that difficult..or at least I wouldn't think so. However, I give them breaks bc inside ordering gets it right! Besides, the staff are amazing. And will gladly partake in light bantering!

This is hands down oneOf the worst burger King so called restaurants I've ever stepped foot in!! For fast food..it's more like u may as well kill ur own cow and cook it urself cause it will take u that long to get ur food here!! Management n employees have no motivation about themselves!! U would think u was in a room full of heroin users or a zombies..which I guess both are basically the same!! Drive through is no better either!! Good luck if u get out or away in less than 45 mins to an hr with ur food!!Parking: There's is a parking lot around the back of gas station that burger King is located within but u have to walk it around to get inside or hope u can get a parking spot in front of gas station if ur lucky maybe!! Definitely not the type of quality for handicapped people!!

Went through drive thru, gave wrong order. I didn't check till I got home. Ordered bacon whoppers and both had no bacon. Charged for it, didn't get it. Didnt have time to go all the way back to change it. They had a young staff who didn't really seem to care to even be there. Wasn't very outgoing and nice to customer. It was a weekend and during dinner.

I gave the service 4 stars just because I ordered a crispy chicken and they gave me the long one instead..the original chicken. I believe they just misheard me though. The girl was polite and professional. I love Chapmanville burger king verses Logan's because the food is always fresh at the burger king in Chapmanville! The people are awesome!Kid-friendliness: Inside burger king they have the toy machines for kids and my kids always want to play them when we go in. The staff is always professional and kid friendly. The have the burger king 👑💖 Crowns that your child can get and take home, as well as toys in the kids meals. Family friendly, kid friendly place!

I’ve been going to this Burger King for years. A lot of people don’t like bk but I think it really just depends on location. And to me their quarter pounder is the best burger near chapmanville. Sometimes they’ll mess something up due to mic issues but that’s every drivethru restaurant. Highly recommend if you think bk is a bad fast food restaurant, hopefully it’ll change your mind.

It is okay. I usually ask for them to fix my food fresh so that it will be really hot. When my little dog is in the car with me when going through the drive-thru, they give her a milk bone dog biscuit inside a sealed baggie.They are friendly and pleasant. Sometimes the food is just warm...not hot, so I ask for them to make it fresh.

Best place to buy a Burger.. if you would like to come and see us today or anytime you feel like you are hungry.. our dining room is open if you feel the need to come in with family or friends. Or simply go through our drive thru.. before 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 12am Friday and Saturday.. stop by and see us

I'm sorry if this sounds mean but I'm being honest.For the past 3 years, I've never been able to get my food and go. They either mess up my order, or I have to wait over 10 minutes after I order it.When you wait that long and find out your order is wrong and have to walk in because they made you move your vehicle from the pick up spot because it has a timer on it and they are skimming there system. It makes you a little upset. Still happening today

Went to grab food after work and had a horrible experience. First off im from 300 miles away. There was noone in line so the quality of our food should never have been horrible. It was dry, my fries were old n i asked for light mayo n lettuce. The mayo was so thick the bun was soggy at the end. On top of that the man told me he didnt need my online coupon so i got to the window n paid. When he handed me my reciept he asked for my coupon to see it. I tried to get sevice again which i couldnt, n he got upset n started arguing. Very bad food and employee attitude.

Drove 15 minutes to get to this location. Confirmed on Google that their hours had been updated by the business 2 weeks prior and were open until midnight. I arrived at 10:05pm and their lobby was closed. They also had yellow caution cones blocking their drive thru. Very disappointed

2 words...OREO MILKSHAKE🍧🤗😍..I'm ABSO-POSITIVELY 🎣hooked like a fish on ur line 😁..Burger King itself is a well cleaned, semi-quiet burger joint inside of a Chevron station. The ambience is relaxing..and I know this may sound weird, but it's oddly..comforting. Prob bc I'm a local!⭐⭐The BK located off Corridor G on Rt. 119 Chapmanville, WV is ur ordinary burger joint with EXCEPTIONALLY EXTRAORDINARY people! We knew some of the younger ladies through our children and most of the other employees my husband knew by tons of different means, work, social, friends, etc! (He works for local water dept.) Not to mention he's absolutely an ALL 'round great human being whom gets along with worst of em'! (Ex).So, if u want good food, an AWESOME Milkshake, my personal fav is..yes, OREO! Yum!Yum!Yummy!AND..........If you don't mind outstanding ppl, swift service, good food, unbelievably unbeatable ambience, and a place u want to make ur "me" zone!

I used a coupon and was told when ordering I didn't need the coupon. After I paid for my food the guy started to argue over the coupon. I DONE PAID FOR MY FOOD. Get back to my hotel and find a really dark burnt piece of whatever in my onion rings. Looks like the firers need cleaned. Ordered lite on my sandwich and they added extra. I will never return at this burger king again.

Your food is always hot here. The fries are never old and cold. In fact, most times you can't eat them right away because they are to hot.

OMG!😱the Pretzel Burger is so Delicious.....It's a lil. Expensive, but it is worth the price, Trust Me it Truly is. U won't regret getting it. I get it every time I go there.☺😍👌👍🙋
