Used Gary's Excavating to perform a health department perc test, to install a septic system. They were recommended to me by another local excavator. They did an excellent job and coordinated with the Hampshire County Health Department directly. Office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Was making a delivery there. My truck broke down about 10miles away, they allowed the heavy wrecker to drop my truck and trailer there. To let my companies mechanic look at the truck to see what was wrong. Figured out that it was more then just a simple fix. So then they allowed me to pull my truck into there garage to be fixed. Really nice people the office staff is pleasant. If there was a 10 star rating they would receive it.

Good value for the price. Excellent quality for our road repairs; hard working staff and knows what they are doing and strives for quality work. Had them do a french drain in the middle of a back country road with overlay grading and rocking. Will use them again.

So I called to get a estimate but they never came out to give me a estimate. I waited weeks and called back into the office and was told by the lady “can’t you just call someone else”. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I thought a business was supposed to be wanting to make money because I was going to give them a lot of work.
