Never in my life will I go here again. I walked around the store shopping after being on the road for 45 days delivering goods with my husband that owns his own Semi. I purchased a mop, a glass jar and a spatula for cooking.When my cart was empty and all that was left in the cart was my 1500 dollar phone and 100⁰ Vera Bradley purse. The manager Melissa McKee became very loud and made me open my bag to inspect it. Treating me like a common thief! I have never been treated so bad in my life. She embarrassed me so bad that I am afraid to be a patron of this store again. I hope someone trains her to better deal with honest hard working people, especially since she is the manager !!!

Store was ok and staff was nice enough, but not many wearing masks, including staff. At one point staff and some locals were complaining about Virginians like there was some rivalry I was supposed to get mad about. That was pretty funny. The overall ignorance of staff and enforcing customers to be safe makes me rate 2 stars though.

Will never EVER go here again after hearing from multiple people that they refused an elderly woman with a weak bladder the use of their bathroom and called the cops on her, all because the manager was too lazy to unlock the bathroom or have a fellow employee do so! That’s ridiculous and y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!If the manager can’t step away from the register then a procedure needs to be placed in case things like this! Or how about leaving the bathroom unlocked!Y’all are named Family Dollar for goodness sakes! There’s nothing family about it. Your manager Missy is rude and unprofessional and I’ll be making sure to tell all my church and family to avoid this embarrassing establishment!

I was harassed by the store manager Missy on multiple occasions here's two. Once for "defiling merchandise" because I put an item back and another time for walking in with a backpack. Both incidents resulted in her yelling and waving her arms.

Just went to the place and the lady was so rude took 5 minutes to come to the counter she was just rude all the way around the place was dirty the Shelf was emptied will never go back again

The price is very good but it's has the door full of sales items, no room in case of an emergency.

They have groceries and milk among many other items. Motor oil, clothes etc. It's like a mini wal-mart actually.
