I requested cash back on my purchase and didn't get my cash back. We had a friendly exchange and neither of us noticed. I went back and they cashed out the register and gave me my money. They did a great job! I appreciate yall

I like DG. This new location is very convenient for me. Friendly, helpful staff. The inventory is a bit disorganized in spots. My last visit, everything in the section was on the shelf but nothing was in the correct location, so figuring out prices was a challenge. At the checkout they have signs about the coin shortage and please use your card, but then the self checkout is cash only???

got shampoo here. grabbed a bottle that was on the shelf marked at $4.75 . it was rang up at $7.00. i looked at my ticket as i was leaving an noticed the price (i got a few other things as well) i let the manger on duty know an showed him that the shelf price an ring price did not match. some one had simply put it on the wrong shelf. he refunded me the difference. no hassle no fuss. thank you for that. i will be back.

I wont be shopping at this new store again. I got items planning to use my digital coupons. Instead of the correct coupon amount coming up random amounts came up. The manager Bev took all items out of my bag and refused to correct the problem. I left with out the items I needed. Smh.

I bought balloons for my sons birthday. You pay for the package of balloons or balloon first. Then they will fill them with helium for $2 latex and $4 for mylar. After spending waaay too much money for a few balloons, the latex were already falling to the floor after 1 day. Completely on the ground day 2. Even the mylar balloon only lasted 3 days. I would not recommend getting balloons at this location.

This is a new Dollar General on RT 11 south. Some aisles are hard to get a cart though but its to be expected being new and still stocking merchandise. Both manager and regional manager on site. Very courteous staff.

Used self checkout for convenience and speed Buuuuttt, Christmas items were not ringing up on sale so I needed to call for help 2 times. Voided the convenience and the quick trip. The store was also messy and the isles were congested.

Love this store, the employees are all very helpful and professional. Since it was just built there's been a few bugs to be worked out, but otherwise it's great for a quick shopping trip.
