Boarded my 2 pups for 1 week. Came back to one of my dogs with 2 major hot spots. A dog that has never had hot spots. I stead of reaching out to us, they never called and was treating it on their own. It clearly wasn't working and my dog was suffering. We had to take him to the vets and he had to be on a couple treatments to help heal this. Not very happy pet owners. First 2 pics, is the day after we picked them up and he was at the vet, the last pic is a week later. It now has been 1 month and he still has not completely healed.I just wish they would have called and said something. The hot spots started 2-3 days prior to picking them up.This was not a very good experience for the pups or I.

I have been taking my dogs here for many years. My senior puppo is always excited to "go see his friends" and loves the staff. The grooming services are also great.

We wanted to get our dog’s nails clipped prior to a hike and visited this location (we’ve come here one other time for the same service). They did clip her nails, though we noticed two separate nails bleeding once we got further down the road and we were never once informed of an accident of any kind. She was hesitant to get out of the car and it’s left me wondering if something happened at her first visit as well. Not sure, but won’t be returning.

It had been hard to find a cat groomer. My cat knots up so bad no matter how much I comb him. He has a hard time in his old age grooming himself. I found this wonderful and very friendly place that was able to groom him for me. I am very happy and pleased with the grooming they did on him and he seems to feel so much happier as well with all those tight knots out of him. Thank you Cedar Run for doing this! 🐾

I brought my Maltese Suzy there she gets very anxious and my nip at you What great job grooming her and trimming her nails. She smells so good. I would highly recommended them for your pets grooming needs.

My groomer is no longer with the last company tri county groom and its a pain to get an appointment so I was told of cedar run . I have to say that they cut my pixie ( pommy) the first time just perfect 👌 great prices and when I called for the fist time got us in within 7 days anyone else takes a month to get an appointment and never get it right and others cost so much. Cedar run is the best groomer I've seen in a while great job to the owners and I thank yall so much !!!!

We took our not so well behave Beagle to attempt a bath. To our surprise they managed to bath him. I wish I could remember the owners name but they were both great. Will definitely take him back.

We just picked up our dogs after we got back from a three day trip! I'm am very happy and satisfied with our experience with boarding our dogs there. The owners were very friendly and had no problem answering the many questions we had. We were sad to leave them and more than excited to pick them up. They looked great and healthy. I really feel as if they were treated just how we would want them to be! We will definitely board our dogs there in the future!

Our dogs were groomed two days ago. Wen we got them home they were dragging their rear-end on the floor and carpet. Once checking the One that was doing it most frequently we found she was bleeding from her rectum.. we applied Vaseline and thank God it stopped. Today our other little girl started bleeding from her rear-end area.. they were clearly nicked or cut.. no notification that anything happened when I picked them up. We are devastated that this happened to our babies. No response from the owners is necessary. No excuse will be good enough. We are beyond upset and will never ever bring our beautiful dogs there agan

First, I HIGHLY recommend this place! We've been taking our dog to this pet resort for our out of town trips. He is always happy to see them and returned just as happy to see us. They do grooming and even when it's not requested, my pup sometimes comes home a little more fresh than when he went in. The owners are down to earth and absolutely great to deal with every single time! I trust them with my pet and recommend them to anyone looking for a boarding facility or groomer.

Wonderful Groomer!! Took a very nervous dog in for a nail trim and they did wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the dog extremely comfortable. There were even treats after it was done. I would recommend this business for all grooming needs. I have not used their kennels but I have heard great things from others.

Cedar Run is owned by two very caring and passionate pet owners. They beat prices in the tri-state area. Very knowledgeable in their field, superb groomers and have a solid routine for boarders. Highly recommended!

We have dropped our pups here several times now- at first we were skeptical about a boarding facility (we always had in home pet sitters) but we will NEVER use anyone else but these guys again. The people that run the place are not just in it for the money, they really love my guys and it shows!!! We were traveling from out of town to my son's wedding shower and then the actually wedding a few weeks later. We wanted to have our pet nearby while not having to worry that we weren't paying enough attention to her during the busyness of the event. The first stay was a short 2 night stay ending with a grooming and the second stay was an 8 night stay also ending with a grooming. I thought I had made the 2nd stay reservation when I picked up our pet but, while we had talked about it, I never actually firmed up the dates and confirmed them. It was originally going to be a 6 night stay. Imagine my surprise when I called to see if they could take her 2 nights earlier and I discovered that I had never made the reservation. However he had remembered and was able to take her with no problem. Also because we were coming from out of town our arrival and departure days were a bit up in the air and depended on various circumstances out of our control until the last minute. They worked with me ensuring that this part of all of our travel arrangements was the least stressful part.

I've had my boss cut there 2x. They do a good job with the cut but haven't followed my requests either time. But they are more affordable than other groomers I've used.

Our dog's behavior had vastly changed when we brought her back home. She was scared of everything, barking voice was gone, refused to play with her favorite toys, and looked guilty when trying to eat. Not sure what they do there, but it took two weeks for our dog to start acting normal again. They also didn't return a dietary supplement we had asked them to give during feedings.

Our pup loves to go and stay at their kennel - she used to get very anxious and an upset tummy at other boarders but not Cedar Run. She comes home healthy, happy, and her normal self even after two weeks! Highly recommend!

I have been taking my dogs there for over 10 years everything was good for a long time I then git another dog that was very active and hyper then I started noticing changes in him it's just my husband and I he's never been any where else all of a sudden he's scared of my husband and I know my husband hasn't touch him the only other guy he's been around was at cedar run my husband sneezes he runs coughs he runs and ect I can do all of the above and he never even flinches he was allways so happy to see me and would drag me out I had come to the conclusion the grommer had something to do with it I took him to another groomer today and was really shocked when I pick him up he wad excited to see me but was content in staying there I paid and not one time did he try and pull me out I can guarantee I will not return to cedar rum I'm so upset right now that I put my dog through this he is like my child
