The person on duty was friendly and didn't seem bothered by my asking to sniff a few different juices. I wish the store layout was such that I could have helped myself... juices are behind counter. They have major brands, as well as many they mix themselves... and the pricing is pretty standard.The clerk was VERY knowledgeable about mods and had some great answers to questions I asked. If you are a newbie, this person is a great source of information and is patient. Nice place...

Amazing place. Staff is so chilled out, friendly, helpful, and is knowledgeable, and is willing to help you make a tough decision with confidence. Another amazing plus, they’ll add any amount of nicotine to any juice you buy in store for free! I only have two slight complaints. The wait line for new juices to come in can be a bit lengthy and unpredictable. But they always having something good in mind to hold you over until your desired juice does arrive. The other small complaint is; when you walk in. They’ll great you, then just kinda. Fall silent, until you adress them about something. But I guess it just may be a way of not getting in your face while you browse. Amazing shop!

First time in the store today and customer service was horrible this Sunday afternoon 3/18/2018. The young lady was too busy blowing clouds with her boyfriend in the corner to actually acknowledge there was a potential buyer in the store. And when I did say something to her she had horrible attitude like we were a bother to her. I'm sure the owner would be upset knowing that they lost about $150 worth of business this afternoon. Won't be stopping there again.

Poor selection, Poor service, Poor pricing. Only stop if you must have juice to carry you over until you can get back to your normal source. The juices they do carry are quality juices just over priced (pricing may be comparable to other stores for like brands but they do not attempt to carry value lines that are more financially friendly to consumers.)

This place always smells like pot. Consistently out of premium juices with no expected re-stock date available. I've referred new vapers, and they have nothing good to share about the visit. I would love to speak to the owner. I drive 45 mins out of my way just to buy a $30 bottle of juice bc this shop is so disappointing.Don't reply to me with a credit option. I won't use it. I want to contact the owner.

First off the atmosphere here is amazing. The people are laid back. The workers are attentive and very thorough about their their jobs and with their customers. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Will never go to another vape store again !!!!!

Called to ask pricing on a coil and was told it was illegal to discuss pricing on phone, then just hung up. Looked up regulations and couldn't find anything. You think they'd want business. It was just pricing. Tried to call back and no answer twice. 630pm. They don't close till 8 very disappointed we will be going to Clarksburg even though it's further away

The staff is very friendly, patient, and somewhat knowledgable. They also have a decent selection of vapes and juices.With that said, they offer no customer service beyond the sale. They even have a sign hanging that states all sales are final. So if, like me, you buy a defective product you simply loose the money. Long story short, I bought a vape from them which stopped working the next day and they said there's nothing they can do and that they are just a reseller and to contact eleaf for warranty service. Eleaf states only products purchased directly from them are covered under warranty. What a crummy way to run a business. So I will not be buying anything else from this place and I will be ordering online from now on which I later learned is much cheaper anyway. The same vape I bought from them for $55 can be found all over the Internet for $20-$25, and the replacement coils they sale for $5.50 are all over the place for $3.50. I paid extra because I figured I was paying for service. Instead I got ripped off and have to buy another vape. Steer clear of this place, especially for high priced devices. Instead, buy them direct so you have warranty coverage.

Bought a battery, didn’t realize it did not fit my prefilled cartridges until I got home. Brought it back unused the next day and they couldn’t comprehend my predicament, nor exchange it for one that fits. $35 down the drain. Not gonna come back.

The worst the lady that sold me this said it had 2000 puffs on it spent more money on it and it ran out very nested day idk if it was old or what but worst vape I've ever bought and waste money will never buy from them again do not buy the swift pro from them flavor strawberry/donut worst ever still mad as hell over this 😡😡
