I love this Tractor Supply. The cashier was knoweable, polite and quick. MANAGEMENT helped load our cart with 4- 40 lb bags of seed and then came to help us put them in the car. Polite, personable, glad to help. Great experience. Thank you Tractor Supply of Buckhannon.!

I just got home from there, getting duck feed, they overcharged me for package of dried worms when sign for 19.99 was directly in front on 4 other bags,they charged me 40 some dollars I told cashier her and other associates were busy talking about apartments instead of customer, they finially sent someone back there came back told me that wasn't ones on sale not customers fault they stocked items in wrong spot. I will not be going back to be overcharged by them never had these problems with southern states

We are always greeted when we come in unless the one cashier is busy. I wish that there was more than one but this seems to be the norm at smaller businesses. There is a wide variety in the store and I can't stop shopping the gift items. There are many giftables in the section on the right. The wax melts and candles smell awesome.

Lots of essentials for yard, farm, and garden. Chick's and ducks too. The store is very clean, and the staff is friendly. They also have clothes, and very cute thi gs for outdoors.

I would NEVER recommend the Tractor Supply credit card, NEVER! Just got off the phone with someone “probably in India” that could barely understand me. I made a BIG purchase on the card “under the agreement of payoff in 36 months”. Not the case, I was charged the whole balance in one lump sum!!! Now they tell me it’ll be 30-40 business days to reverse the mistake!!! NO MORE TRACTOR SUPPLY FOR THIS GUY! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Sometimes it's hard to find help but when you do track someone down they are always helpful and friendly. I buy all my horse feed and vaccines here and my dogs are both doing really well on 4 Health Lamb and Rice dog food. Can't wait to get my seeds for my summer garden.

Clean store great selection but when I went to check out the cashier was to involved in her conversation with the other person on the phone. The conversation must have been very important it included such things as what she was doing for christmas and all her family problems.......

Always has what I need for the farm. Almost always surprised by other items like clothing, decorations, sales! Clean store, friendly staff. Willing to help in any way they can. Manager works hard and is easy to approach.

Dont shop at the tractor supply in Buckhannon. Rude workers. Rude management. My mother was trying to load a 50lb bag of dog food into a cart. Management WALKS PAST and SHOVES HER CART out of their way. Did not offer to help. Did not put cart back. That is only one of the MANY bad experiences we have had there.

It's an ok place to shop if you know what you are looking for. It could be cleaner and the pet food department is not well stocked. Also pricey. You won't get any deals here unless it's on sale or clearance.

Will to start with wasnt helpful we had a product that they needed to replace under warranty and the guy working blew me and my mom off but my mom returned with my step dad and then was taking seriously. The product was replaced with manager help
