I called to order donuts the prior day wanting cake donuts and told they only powdered them… then said they would see if they could ice them… really a donut shop who has icing and will not special order donuts in a day advance…. I would have paid for them or whatever but then I said forget it this is not the first time they’ve been rude and not helpful to service customers!! Never again I’ll make my own donuts!!

The regular pizza roll was so so delicious, wish I’d have gotten more! Customer service was so kind and helpful! Donuts were okay but the pizza rolls were superb. Will be back soon!

Great stop for coffee and a heated donut. They were very busy when I got there, but was worth the wait. Very pleasant people and hard working. Drive thru was constant and they even go out to your car to take your order before you get to the window. The kitchen is viewable from the seating area where you can watch the donuts being made.

After seeing some great online reviews, we decided to see if The Donut Shop lived up to the hype. As newbies, we headed inside so we could take our time to order. One woman behind the counter was particularly helpful and even offered a couple to sample. I've never been a fan of French Crullers, but now I know it's because no one else has ever done them justice. Theirs is amazingly light and airy! We walked away with a dozen donuts, ranging from the Chocolate Angel to Peanut Butter Delight, French Cruller and Original Glazed. All surpassed our expectations! My family had been looking forward to going here for days. My daughter has a service dog, and as soon as we step in a worker says that we can’t have “that dog” in here. We told him he is a service dog and he said it didn’t matter. A lady from the back came out, I assume she was the manager, she began taking our order very rudely. Is this really the way a business wants to operate? Also they need to do a little research on the ADA laws. No service animal is to be denied entrance anywhere besides a hospital.Really wish we would have just walked out.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Hands down best pepperoni rolls in the state and I’d fight people over that. Chuck Liddell could disagree with me and I would happily get my jaw relocated to the back of my head defending this fact. It’s like Ghandi himself made the rolls with all the pacifist love he had, Hercules used all of his godly strength to grind the pepperoni to perfection, and the cheese is from the milk of a cow blessed by the pope himself. I feel like I should say amen every time I talk about those delicious things.I hope that when I die, I have one of those things in my stomach so I can take it back to heaven where it came from.

Great products but doesn't really matter what you order, they will either be out of it or you will just get whatever they decide to give you. Have not gotten what I wanted or ordered my last 4 trips in a row. Definitely not what it used to or should be. Such a shame.

These donuts are awesome, however......I went inside because drivevthru was full. I ordered 4 Boston cream, 4 chocolate angels and 4 peanut butter angels. She gave me 8 peanut butter angels. They are good, but not what I asked for.

Best old fashioned donuts on the east coast and most likely the world.... that's barely a slight exaggeration, absolutely delicious donuts at a fair price and it's served with a smile, great service here too, oh and if you try the pepperoni rolls then you'll never want one from anywhere else!!!

The moist, warm and delicious donuts around here. The parking lot is small and hard to get out of when more than one other car. That is mostly my only complaint .

They took my debit card and was in there for awhile. After we pull out, we realize they didn’t give us our card back. Getting back in to get it was struggle. Then, 5 days later, unauthorized charges appear. This is the only place we had been. Be careful.

I came here for coffee and doughnuts, they didn't know what doughnuts were popular and they didn't know what any of their coffee was or what was in it. I don't know why people go here or how it's still even open. The staff seemed more annoyed than anything and it wasn't even busy.

they have the absolute best donuts! i’ve never had a donut that even slightly COMPARED to the donut shops donuts! krispy crème? not even close. dunkin? NOPE. the donut shop 100% has the most delicious donuts i have ever eaten. i would recommend this place to anyone. and it’s not just their donuts, the pepperoni rolls are also amazing. everyone around loves this place and i’m happy to say it’s right in my hometown!

These donuts are to die for. I will happily make the 80 mile drive for a sugar fix. The staff is always extremely friendly. I'm not sure how much the employees make, but these heroes deserve more.

I enjoyed my breakfast. I took chocolate donut and strawberry short cake and I liked both of them. They have many donut options to choose from.Coffee was good as well.The store only offers drive through and you cannot do in-store shopping.Staffs are really nice, friendly and efficient.You can pay either in cash or credit card.

I stop in a couple times a month to get donuts. Their donuts are always fresh, the employees are always friendly but what alot of people may not be aware of is their pepperoni rolls are the best literally. Voted no #1 pepperoni roll in WV. Worth the trip their just to try the pepperoni roll.

I wanted to love the donuts here because I’ve heard good things from the locals but I found each donut I got (glaze sprinkle & regular glaze) didn’t have near as much glaze on them as they should have. Overall the regular glaze was probably only half covered with glaze. Who wants to eat a plain donut with half as much flavor on it…
