I love going to shoe sensation! There is a very nice selection of shoes. The service is excellent! Both times I went they were very polite and helpful! They got the shoes that were great for me and it’s the fastest I’ve ever found shoes!

Great. All the name brands I didn't think I would find. I really like a particular shoe model from New Balance. They had them. But I figured I would venture out and try a different model number. The ladies working there during my visit were wonderful.If the model I initially went in there for wouldn't have been in stock they would have ordered it for me with zero shipping costs to me. Can't find that on the New Balance Web site.I will definitely be going back.

Great local shoe store with wide width shoes in multiple brands. It has turned into my go-to shoe store because I can always find what I am looking for! Great sales are happening now! Storeis clean and staff is very helpful.

The lady who runs the shop, she was so helpful and friendly! And the selection of shoes here is great! I checked out the selection on the website first, but then when I went in person, there are more. I ended up ordering a pair for pickup. Being able to try on shoes is so much better than guessing online!

The selection of shoes here was amazing. I really did not expect to have that many choices in a small town shoe store.The customer service could have been better. It took a while to get assistance and people who came into the store after me were assisted before anyone helped me - even after I was asked if I was finding what I needed and I answered no. I am quite self sufficient so this will not impact my decision to shop here again.Overall I would give this store a good rating - great selection of shoes/boots/sandals and even though I didn't get the service I wanted, everyone in the store was very polite.

Excellent PUMA shoes for Women and Teens. Purchased a set for myself and son in the last couple months and great prices and love the coupon i was given to use towards getting my pair of pink and black pumas the other day. I hope you all get ballet flats in very soon. Great Selections! Our family will shop again soon :)

The store associate is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the store we always come to first when looking for new shoes! The store is always clean and organized and we're always greeted and asked what we're looking for and we get pointed in the right direction as soon as we tell her!

Purchased a pair of shoes decided not to keep so the next day took them back. Well, going on 7 days tomorrow and still have not received our refund back in our account. So called corporate office today and the lady has to pass it to the president of the company. It better be in our account tomorrow! All I got to say is very bad service especially when corporate said it’s not up to them on a refund when the lady in the store told us it’s corporate that deals with the refunds. Corporate, told me they don’t know why our Shoe Sensation told us that but they are wrong. So now, corporate told me to be expecting calls from them within 48 hours. Good thing is corporate already called me back once today. Sounds like their on the ball about our refund... I’ll and my husband will never do business again with them! Horrible service! Yes, they are nice people, but still horrible other than that!

Went in to purchase new boots, their sales of $134 is still $34 above Amazon's price, lady at the front desk said "I don't think we do that" when asked to price match. Called twice this morning to get a hold of a manager to try to get a price match and do business locally, but phone only rings to voicemail. Besides that, they only really carry cheap brands. I recommend checking online retailers before buying anything here.
