The staff helped me find alternative solutions and value in an expeditious manner. The application process was smooth and communication between departments was seamless and thorough. While my priority to change companies was to get better, more personalized service, a bonus was more affordable rates. One other factor in my decision was the degree to which this business and their employees are involved in our local community through service and fund raising I would wholeheartedly recommend Kelley Tierney State Farm for multiple lines of business

I sleep comfortably at night. Not everyone can say that. I truly feel that Kelley and her team look out for me and my insurance needs. Kelley has been my insurance agent since the 90s and many decades later still helps me adjust and choose the insurance that we feel best suits my situation. In this ever-changing world insurance can be confusing sometimes but Kelley, Liza and Miranda always make me feel welcomed and always take the time to make sure my questions are answered and that I understand. They are well trained and very knowledgeable. None of us want to pay insurance but if we must, I prefer to do it at Kelley Tierney - State Farm Insurance because they know the insurance business and they get to know you and your needs. I've been with State Farm since 1988 and have zero complaints. With that said, Kelley and her complete staff are a big reason for that. They make everything so painless and easy to understand whenever the time comes to tweak or add a policy. It's always a pleasant experience when calling the office.
