Service abysmal. 20 minutes for chicken straps with a clerk who screams at customers.Update January 2024: No changes. People who obviously think they deserve better. Thinking that SHEETZ will become the go-to place for fast food --- at least it will be hot and served with a smile.

Went through drive through for breakfast a little after ten . Had to pull up and waite on my meals. When I got home I only had two napkins and there was grease on both of them from my hash browns and one of my biscuits had a hair in it. Thank goodness I wasn't traveling a long distance and was able to replace the biscuit with something at home.

TLDR: If you are in a rush don't eat here, the staff thinks it's cute to mess up.August 2022: The food had been great. But to get my full order I had to wait over 30 minutes which included a trip home and back. So the service has declined. Usually when something like this happens they give you a small drink or something to ice things over, but they seemed annoyed I came back to get the rest of my order they failed to give me. Did I mention that they messed up putting my order into their system, so they ran my card twice, and said it should only be a couple dollars more I'm paying. The burden of their mistakes should not be on the customer.Old: They have a friendly staff and very good food. I love their milkshakes! They are made with real Ice Cream!

I stopped on my way home to order for my family, when I got home I realized half my order was missing. When I called they informed me they missed half my order. When I came back to order my extra items they missed I was given an attitude and told to pull through. When I spoke to the manager on duty she seemed disturbed and my wife made the comment "honey run to the bathroom I'm sorry to bother you" she snapped back with I'm pregnant. My wife knew this and was trying to be nice. The manager walked away while flipping us off and Tamika appeared to say after "please leave" while she handed us our food.I've never had these issues before but this is absolutely obscured.Between the dirty looks and bad attitude I don't think I'll be back.

Often times the wait is a little longer that other places, but it is worth the wait because you are waiting on fresh food. They also always get my order correct. I never have to worry about checking my bag before I head home.

Do not order delivery here!! They harass DoorDash drivers and refuse to have the order ready for them when they arrive causing customers a very long wait for delivery orders!

EVERY time I order the same sandwich without mayonnaise, they make certain to completely drench it with mayonnaise. I highly suggest eating elsewhere if you have food allergies.

Disgusting that staff are dirty with bad hygiene ,bad attitudes and there all cover in sores and scabs I just got breakfast here to find 2 public looking or maybe African hairs in my food and the cow working was so mad at how big her fupa is that she could perform her job never again I think I have herpes

Worst customer service ever!!but wait there's more...after I waited outside for 15 min for them to bring my family's food.which they gave to the wrong car.smh.i went inside to get a refund and witnessed the guy working in the back grabbing food with his bare hands.so I'm actually glad that they screwed up .so I didn't have to eat food that he touched with his bare hands.the excuse the manager gave me was rediculous...(we're busy)........b**** u have three customers.never eat there it's a nightmare!!!
