I had Hanks insurance for 6 years or so....I sold my house and bought another one and like a good loyal customer, I asked him to insure my new home..he refused to cover me because I had 1 insurance claim for like 2500.00 for some roof shingle wind damage. I probably paid him 8 grand or more over all the years I used his insurance then he wouldn't cover me over 1 claim ? I find that crooked and unprofessional. So I had to find a new insurance company. No biggie there's plenty of them out there I just found it wrong.
