I got One bra and one pair of night Nike shorts was supposed to be 40 percent off night should have been 10 dollars maybe 11 dollars instead it was 16 teen dollars, then tonight go back I got one pink shirt one sweater one pair underarmour shorts andOne night set like the shorts and tops it was 51 dollars.. this is the highest goodwill I have ever seen for be given free items too,Selll to the public at high price, I can even can get new pair of shoes at family dollar for 8 dollars, so this isn’t helping the public how? at any means when you definitely in need really bad.. which i am,

Items not priced again, refused to price them and refused to sell them. When pointing out they shouldn't be on the shelf if you won't sell them the response is... The attitude is not needed. Rudest experience I've had a store in a long time and an employed that would treat a customer that way, with multiple witnesses no less, should be fired on the spot.

i love checking out their selection every once in a while. you can find some really good stuff here if you look good enough and catch things at the right time! it doesn’t have the best selection like other Goodwill’s through the state, but chances are you’ll find something you’re interested in. nice employees, nice selection, and good location.

This is a fantastic Goodwill! They are more clothing based than anything else, so if you're in the market for some new furniture or kitchenware, this may not be the best location to try. They have a great selection of clothing, though! Most of their clothing is good quality, but it is still a secondhand store. Some things will have stains and rips, so make sure you inspect items prior to purchasing and not after. And the prices at this location are more than fair. I've found so many unique statement pieces here for under $10. I've even bought brand new winter coats with their original tags still attached for under $15. I didn't fully appreciate this Goodwill until I'd moved away from Buckhannon. Where I live now, the Goodwill charges twice as much for a poorer selection of clothing.

I love goodwill, however a few years ago our location underwent a remodel and there has never been as much goodies there ever since that happened, the electronics isle used to be much larger.

Rude staff. Overpriced HORRIBLY. WILL NEVER DONATE OR SHOP THERE AGAIN! They arent a charity to begin with, so please stop donating here! There are much more helpful charities in the Buckhannon area that deserve the recognition and donations than this greedy corporate branch ran by rude employees.

I thought people were exaggerating a but, but yeah this place was more expensive than other stores and kinda small. Had more clothes than anything. I went on a Tuesday where they said clothes were half off if tags were yellow. I found like 5 yellow tags and they were products people weren't buying. I grabbed a few with no tags at all and still charged full price.

New management WAY OVERPRICED clothing same as sale price new in retail stores....the cashier is usually annoyed or has no communication skills. The years prior the price of clothing was reasonable and not raised to $15.99 at a brand new $17.99 shirt in retail. RAPID DECLINE AS AN OVERALL GENERALIZED OPINION OF LOCALS OF THIS GOODWILL THE PAST 5 YEARS....

Overall a good experience! The clothes are well organized and the workers are friendly and accommodating. The prices are bit high for second hand and the aisles are tight but even on a busy Sunday the service and atmosphere was good.

I thought that you were there to help people not to brake them.I understand you are there to make money but these prices are WAY TO HIGH.I WOULD BUY MORE FROM THERE IF THEY WEREN'T PRICED TO HIGH.ALSO SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE HELPING THEMSELVES TO ITEMS DONATED.THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME EXPRESS MY OPINION.

Clean, nice staff, and they have new stuff all the time. I found some really lovely shirts and skirts here. I recommend with thrift stores to visit regularly just to see what they have!

Love Goodwill. Its hard to find your size jeans anywhere else that fit you just right name brand. I've bought quite a few pair of nne brand Jen's that fit perfect. And shirts they are all nice and most name brand also

I mean Goodwill gets ALL of their merchandise for free, but they can't pay for a second cashier so that the line isn't 10 people deep, and a 20 minute wait to check out. I'm just jealous because I didn't think of such a scam!

What Goodwill is okay compared to some of the other ones I have been to you. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Considering the inflated prices that all the other Goodwill's charge. I will continue to shop at this one because I can't afford to shop at any other Goodwill.

You never know what treasures you'll find! I went the first time to find cheap pants for a work team trip, but saw name brand clothing and got a couple things for work. I was told our local branch gets clothes from Pittsburgh.

People are friendly, store is in decent shape. But man a lot of the stuff you can now get cheaper at Gabes, Wally World,or the yard sale sites. SMDH !!! EVERYONE chases those green backs now a days.

I used to like to shop at goodwill in buckannon WV but the prices have went sky high absolutely ridiculous 🙄, I know that it for a good cause but they have marked the prices so high its exciting the prices of brand new, this makes no sense

This Goodwill location is fairly large and clean inside. Plenty of parking is available in the lots, as there are other businesses closeby.
