Did a one way rental to here. Ended up having to extend my rental an extra day. Called and Amy answered. I don't know if she is an employee or the owner but she sure was great! Customer service doesn't rear its head much anymore but isn't lost in this small town. Amy explained what to do if I returned when they weren't open and then followed up with me post drop off. So very impressed!
