Ring and band bought online in ‘21. Always had trouble with the paperwork being online, but after many trips to the store in meadowbrook mall, Jason finally helped us get all our paperwork set straight. Also bought a necklace in ‘22 that the diamond fell out of (still have diamond). Jason informed us with the warranty it is free to fix! Always buy the warranty, it’s worth its weight in diamonds lol!

Returned to Bridgeport Zales for my semi-annual ring cleaning and inspection. It was the first time I’ve been back since before the pandemic. (Used my local Morgantown Zales for inspections in the mean time) and was so happy to still see Jason working today. Even though it had been years, he remembered me as well as my son who also bought his wife’s engagement ring and band. Jason was very thorough with the inspection but wanted to recognize his commitment to your store and it’s customers.

I have been shopping at Zales in Meadowbrook Mall in Clarksburg, WV since 2016 (and previously in MD since 2000). I have to say all the sales associates have been very helpful. However, Jason Johnson has been the one who has assisted me more times than I can count and he has always been so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I look for him every time I’m there. All stores need more employees like Mr Johnson. He will always do everything he can to help with whatever jewelry need you have. Thank you Zales and Jason Johnson.
