I have been coming to this store for three years consistently. It’s the only place I go. However I went in today asking for MENTHOL (like I always do) the guy working rattled off several products. I chose one and paid. Then was reading the box and it in fact wasn’t menthol. I asked if I could return the item or exchange it since it wasn’t what I asked for and he told me no. I hadn’t left the store or stepped away from the counter. He lied about the product just to sell something. I will never shop here again.

Brad is very knowledgeable (he is an employee but treats it as his own) about the products and was very helpful in choosing the best Vape for us because we didn’t know how to use one properly and that there were different kinds he showed us the difference and that helped tremendously... thank goodness because otherwise it chokes me... he took all the time necessary to have very satisfied customers he also showed us a lot of the new products that they carry he was very professional but also personable.. I would definitely recommend the Vaping Store!!

I do not recommend this place whatsoever if you are looking for anything they sell I advise you go to the shop on Old Bridgeport Hill. Friendly staff better prices all around better environment and selection. I bought a ELF auto draw conceal kit 4 Delta 8 pods. It only worked when it wanted to it would burn up an entire refill I have four different people look at it try to figure out what the problem was. It just kept burning up my refills $50 worth to be exact. I take it back to try to exchange it for something else he took it out put it on charge put his own part in didn't work for him the first two hits after a few minutes of trying it works so he said he couldn't refund me or let me exchange it because it. When he clearly saw it didn't want to work and I told him it only did when it wanted to. I'll never spend another dollar here. I regret not going to my usual spot

Down to earth and super friendly staff. Inviting atmosphere. Nice Merch. Prices about right. Would've liked to have more options to purchase smaller batteries for my mode but that's just my preference. Will definitely shop regularly with them! 🙂

Yesterday I was about 6 and a half hours away from home and knew nothing of the area. Was extremely low on juice for the trip home so i googled local shops in the area. This place had great reviews so we mapped it and stopped in. I will not hesitate to say that it was a great place. Staff was awesome and treated me great up there. Prices were affordable and the whole place just had an overall great atmosphere. Really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend for the locals and will definitely be stopping back in if i make it back up that way in the future. Thanks guys

This shop is amazing. Amazing workers. They are probably the most helpful and friendly people you'll ever meet. They'll help you with anything. As for the products they sell, they always have the best mods and hardware on the market. Also probably one of the biggest juice selections I've seen at a vape shop!

Very Nice place!After a long LONG weekend on a job in Morgantown, I had run out of nicotine juice and just happened to stop at the right place at the right time. Very clean amazing products. On top of needing juice I was also out of my medication on a Sunday and nowhere near a dispensary I didn’t expect to get anything till Monday, to my surprise the man behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable about thc and it’s products and he fixed me right up with some of his over the counter products. One of the best over the counter products I have ever bought

Customer service was great however I bought a Thai stick and could not even enjoy it because it would not stay lit. The outer paper burnt up instead. I buy pre roll because I can't roll myself so in turn not happy with the product.

I travel a lot and this is definitely one of the best shops I've been to. Amazingly helpful and informative staff, wonderful tasting bar with rdas for every flavor they offer, and a very good selection of hardware for anything from beginners to advanced builders. Highly recommend.

This place has competitive prices and a knowledgeable staff. My favorite place to go for retail therapy lol. Great selection with a tasting bar, great atmosphere and nice employees. What more do you expect from a vape shop, they are engaged with advocacy as well. If we don’t fight for ourselves, no one is gonna. I am proud to stop into this not so close to home shop!! Definitely the best one I’ve been to and I’ve been in lots of shops.

Very nice place, nice selection and friendly people. Would have gave more stars but i have been sold the wrong coils more than once and they refuse to replace with the correct ones because i opened them. The only way i can tell if they are the right ones is when i change my coil.

Great environment. Check out the local store made shirts and stickers btw. Employees are nice and know how to help. If you want it, most likely they will have it. These guyshave better prices than most other shops in the area.

This is by far one of the most welcoming businesses I've been to. The atmosphere is always nice and the customer service is amazing. I don't even have to tell them what level nic my fiancé and I use, they already know. An yes we both vape different levels. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. Very informative and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have.

They carry all the latest equipment and I love the juice bar! Dedicated setups for testing all the name brand juice they carry, with info cards that describe each flavor. Very friendly and know their stuff!

Has the best top shelf juices around at very fair prices, some of the best rda's, tanks, and mods and has a friendly staff. I used to go to another shop, but not anymore. Anytime I need something now I definitely go to the vaping. Plus they are open all week, when others are not.
