Went in for 1 thing came out with 6 awesome buys! Employees were friendly and didn't rush us out even tho we were there 20 min before they closed. Finding someone to check us out was a little more difficult than i cared for but overall good experience clean store nice ppl. 4/5 ☆s

Bridgeport location and staff were as helpful and accommodating as possible. This rating is for their Charleston delivery service. They lost their business $1500 because they never delivered our dryer because we ended up having to get a full refund. We waited for a week for delivery, every day being told “it shows it’s being delivered today… they’ll call you when they’re 30 minutes out”, and never arrived or received a call or text. They were incredibly unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would nothing has changed in years at the Bridgeport, WV Home Depot bunch is staff on their cell phones all hanging out at self checkout they look at you and continue to play on their cellphones no help in that store most people are huddled at self check out and you might find one random employee walking around playing on the cellphone acting like you don’t exist they don’t say hi or anything they just keep walking the customer service has lacked for years at this place. The other reviewers must be getting paid by Home Depot to put five stars. I go in and out of there on an occasion but nothing has ever changed. The people they have in the departments when you can find anyone lack experience in the product. The only person that ever helped was the old man in plumbing he knew his stuff. You can’t ever find any manger to talk to let alone the store manager. Talked to one employee a few weeks ago and they also said the management there lacks or you never see them and the store managers they do go thru is like water there is a new store manager their all the time. This place sucks. Thank God for Menards coming into town. Love Lowes to.

Nice clean organized store inside and out. Staff were professional and friendly, offered help multiple times during my visit. Prices in store were very competitive and store offers nice reward program for returning shoppers.

Within a couple minutes i always have a staff person approach and offer to help! Prices are good and they use US manufacturers for many items over China imports! I have a wholesale account with them as well!Unfortunately that is not the case at Lowes where I spent 45minutes and couldn't get anyone to help me! Amanda at the customer service center has been a godsend as well as Dylan. Love this store!😇❤️

Went to buy paint for my daughter's dresser, vanity, and headboard/footboard. The girl working was very helpful in choosing a good paint base. We bought Behr ultra defense in black. It went on very well, and my daughter is thrilled with the final results. (Included before and after pics).

Appliance delivery is a nightmare. I guess this is a problem with whom ever they subcontract with, but orders are consistently wrong. I would never try to have something delivered from here again.

My husband and I have a small Handyman business, we ordered online for a pickup in store to avoid a lot of hassle. Sadly, this was not a hassle free order and after dealing with several calls we went in store and received top customer service care by three employees.Ashley, Paul and Jared all were some of the best people to help us out.

My husband and I set out to by vertical blinds and ended up buying carpet for our living room. Haha! Charles, was super helpful and knowledgeable about the process and didn't push us to hurry or purchase. He made the steps in buying carpet clear and understandable. Honest about the length of time it may take for our carpet to come in and the estimation of price. The measuring rep was at our home in 3 days...and now...we are in the process of getting the carpet installed!

Waited in tools for 15 min no one in site went to front of store asked clerk if there was anyone working in the locked up power tools, here wonders Jon from the paint area, says he has to help someone else, said okay ill wait by tools, 20 min later no Jon, went to look for him just wandering around out front not doing anything, clerk saw me and yelled at him.Told her I'll buy elsewhere, amazon has same product with same price and not having to deal with lazy people who don't deserve a paycheck.

I ordered a product online and pay extra for next day delivery. Everyday i check my account and it shows my product is out for delivery. When i call the store the lady solution is to cancel my order. No contact from the store to tell me where my product is unless i call. Horrible customer service. Will never use this store again. Would give negative stars if this was and option.

I love this Home Depot! They never fail to please here. Always have what I need and the staff is always pleasant and helpful, unlike other Home Depot's I've been to up north. The cashier's are great, especially Vicki who loves veterans and always has a smile. Keep up the good work folks!

Very nice store. Their online ordering is very nice and is ready for pickup within a short period of time. Their paint services are also very nice and quite fast. Their prices do seem a bit high but are not too bad. They also can rent out some bigger equipment like power washers which is nice when you don't have a reason to buy one. It is also extremely easy to find employees to help you find what you are looking for.

I would give them a 5 but they were totally out of roofing nails??? the guy said that they were on special since they were changing brands.. so they sold out of them and I thought to myself; Why would the manager allow that to happen without having the new brands of nails there? I mean they were totally out of roofing nails. I had to leave and go somewhere else to get them..I like HD however I wish that the staff were much more helpful.. like the other day I asked where something was and the guy barely told me and walked away right towards the item I was looking for.. he could have shown me since he went right past the aisle but No left me high and dry? They need to get it together for Cust. Service.. Because their competitor no names are all over their store asking if I could find everything I am looking for and takes me directly to items and compares them with meI hope management does look at these reviews and makes changes otherwise I will be going to their competitor😞

This particular store does not honor the promise of a military discount on items that any other store does. I can fill my cart online and get 10% off any item however going to a store shopping then presenting my Military ID I get a discount on just 1 of many items. Clearly this location doesn’t support veterans or military and has its own policy that proves the statement I just left here. We spent over 11k at Home Depot a month and starting today they are black listed as an absolutely not. Boycott this location if you support disabled veteran owned businesses go to another vendor or location.

Paul needs a promotion, my family and I were in town from Baltimore to visit more family and when we were their our trucks transmission took a stink on us. We had so much trouble finding a rental car so Home Depot was the next thing we thought of. He made sure to work with us in the time of need to make sure we could make it back home. Ended up renting a Penske truck that got us home safely. Paul was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He surely did set an example and gave us hope that there are still good people out there. Thank you so much for the great experience Paul!

I've recently been sent packages from a 'Mass Mailer' per Home Depot Headquarters rep told me when I complained about getting unwanted items in mail I did not order. The local news says that is considered a 'Brushing scam'. My address was randomly gathered up and now just Home Depot items are being delivered and I notified local Home Depot but say they are unable to do anything about it.

Great place but please have pallets available on either side of the store for your customers. You also need to mimic lowe's plumbing section just an idea😉. Also stop having customer service answer call while taking care of customers. It's rude and disrespectful!

Ordered a shower for pick up. Got the ready "it's ready" email. Drove to the store and was directed to the construction area. The items were loaded and on my way home. Yes, it was a bit of a wait but that is to be expected. Great service!

Matthew Smith provided outstanding service today assisting us with a hand rail and hardware. We had some limitations on the width of the railing and hardware that we could use for the space. I didn't like shopping there. It was almost impossible to find any help. I had to go looking for an employee and she acted like I was bothering her. The prices are a lot higher than other home improvement stores. I'll shop somewhere else from now on.
