The cashiers are very helpful and professional. They keep a clean store they do you have really good pastrami sandwiches that are premade but they’re very good they have the marble bread I was too hungry to take a picture before I ate it ha ha ha.

I love Sheetz! This location is conveniently located very near the United Hospital Center. They have so many Made-To-Order (MTO) food and beverage options! They recently upgraded their donut offerings. And Sheetz usually has great coffee! I recommend joining the Sheetz loyalty program. You can go old school with a physical “Sheetz card” or you can go digital and use the Sheetz mobile app.

Most sheets are pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee but not this one. Incessant pinging noise going off non-stop. Why? Usually these places are great. Staff seem indifferent to annoyance.

The breakfast burrito was cold. I had to put it in a microwave. I don't understand why they can't seem to get sausage. This is the third burrito in as many months with no sausage available every time. Other than that, the food is not bad for what it is.

This place is garbage, I saw it has 3.8 starts and thought to myself.. No wayyy. Welp I was right, 3.8 is far too high, if you're the GM reading this, who ever you had working the grill at 1:15am November 27th needs to be fired, this guy gives zero ducks about customer satisfaction and your reputation. Just what I wanted.. "ice cold jalapeños on top a thick layer of cold un-melted cheese on top of Luke warm Philly steak meat, how miserable do you have to be in life to slap something this disgusting together? I go to sheetz all the time but I'll skip this location next time, 1.5 stars.. This Philly is made with so much hate and discontent you should change the name from cheese steak to Judas.. Because this sub is blasphemy.

I've done mobile ordering in the past here and it's always been fairly slow to pick up through the drive thru but today it was actually pretty ridiculous. Roughly 20 minutes was spent waiting in line before I just pulled out and ran inside to grab my order. It's not uncommon to wait quite a while in this drive thru. The food was pretty good; it actually usually is. It's just not exactly the place you can stop and go.

When i ordered my food here at this sheetz the girl who i recieved my food from ( i think her name was eris? ) was rude to me when i asked her a question. And when i recieved my food my sub had tomatos on it when i didn't even order it! Stay away from here folks, Johnson Avenue location is far better!!!

I ordered a ham 12 inch sub with Bacon when I got home the only thing that was on the bread was lettuce and Swiss no meat no onions, pickles, tomatoes, or Mayo which I ordered. I tried to call for over a half hour and all the phone did is ring. I always have awesome serve doing the day but this is the second evening time has been bad and each time I can never no one answer the phone

My wife and I treat ourselves weekly to the food here as there is not one close to home. The sales associate that we deal with every week is extremely nice and greets us like we're friends during every single visit, no matter how busy it is. Very warm atmosphere at this location and extremely good, high quality food.

Hamburgers from hell.Not only is Sheetz notorious for having the most expensive fuel in the area, but now I am concerned about the overall organization. In the past I have been able to overlook the high prices due to the cleanliness of the store; however, this past evening I partook of the hamburgers available at the counter. I thought to myself this morning, maybe this is a fluke! Maybe I'm just feeling bad because of lack of exercise and many hours in the car. I thought wrong. As I dug into the burger, I found myself thinking, "Huh, this is not the best thing I've ever eaten. But I can't tell if I like it or not." Seeing now my present state, I wonder if that wasn't the Ghost of Hamburger Future sending me a warning. I hope this post serves as a beacon to all those who have suffered a similar fate at the hands of Sheetz. You are not alone.When asked if I will recommend Sheetz or their kitchen again, I will reply, "No. No, my dear friend. Stay far, far away."

Took over half an hour to get my food here. As i was leaving there were 16 other people waiting for food behind me. Many of my co-workers have experienced the same frustration. Not to mention one of them that was there with me the Evening i ordered got food poisoning from eating there. He had to miss work the next day. I definitely recommend passing on this sheetz and going elsewhere.

Made several stops during my week in Grafton. Coffee was always fresh. Had a great club wrap one night. Basically has about everything you would need for a quick stop. No issues and staff was friendly

This Sheetz is like any other. Bathrooms are clean, a good selection of drinks and junk food, lots of coffee, and decent fast food from the MTO menu. There are places to sit and eat inside and outside. There is a drive through. It's almost always busy.

I was returning from Buffalo to NC on 8/29/21 @ 12.21 pm. I made a pit stop at Sheets as I usually do on my travels . i was somewhat disappointed because almost all the paper dispensers on the islands were empty. The windshield washing stations were also empty. I had to go inside for my gas receipt.Cashier did not seem to care when I told him of the issues.In all my travels I've not experience this at any sheets station beforeTrust this will beRoy

Some guy was working the front tonight around 9:00 pm. He was a snot & very rude. It was me & my 2 son's & husband we had 7-9 things at check out. The guy never bagged our things never even asked or bother. He just looked at us. So thank god we had enough hands. I go to this gas station every since day. I've never had a problem with anyone else. Besides him. He has a job working with the plublic. If he can't be nice enough to bag stuff. & looks at you like you're a bother then he needs another job. Or better yet, take him off the front & put him in the back to make food...

I got gas today using my Sheetz card and my Sheetz credit card. The Sheetz card is supposed to give 3 cents off and the Sheetz credit card is supposed to give 5 cents. I also added a 5 cent discount from my Sheetz rewards. When I went to school that added up to 13 cents off. Well I only received 8 cents off. And they kept my rewards points. Jerks!

They have a habit of forgetting orders on the back counter and leaving their customers standing around for 10+ minutes waiting. A bit scattered and not as clean and tidy as you would expect a Sheetz to be. I would go out of my way to go to another Sheetz rather than this one.Update: Reduced to 1 star after I sat for 10+ minutes waiting on a drink I ordered an hour in advance through the website.

I stop at this location quite often, this location has many customers from surrounding businesses. All things considered, it is always stocked, clean, and a overall friendly yet professional atmosphere. This location is what sheetz stands for.

Wait time for food was ridiculously long. Order was not right, pretzel bread looked and tasted burnt, no type of compensation for having to go back to get the order fixed. Not going to be a return visit for me.
