I was with my granddaughter ready to check out. The clerk, who's name is 'Chuck' was So rude since we were together both went to check out. He snappily told me to get behind the line. I said we were together. He said just get behind the line. When I got to register he was still rude so I said there's no reason to be rude. Turned into a word exchange. Needless to say I'll turn around & leave if I go back & he's there. Ruined an other wise nice trip.

We don't get to go here very often but every time we do, we always find great products at great prices. The store is organized in a decent manner and most things are where they should be. Any time we have a question, the sales reps are more than happy to assist us, they even go out of their way to research our questions and track us down when they have an infinitive answer. They're very personal with their customers and you don't get that very much in the world today.

Ollie's is what it is. Good stuff cheap! Their rewards program usually gives you an extra 15% off as well. You can find some really great deals in this place if you have the time to look around. It's a messy store full of items organized much like a TJ Max but has the best deals on cereal, personal care, and books, including a large selection for kids. Pet food is also a big savings and they have some good brands of food. Fishing supplies is another big item here. Like I said you just need to take time and look through the aisles. Staff is always friendly here.

The store was organized and had plenty of stock , and the clerks were friendly and helpful. The prices for products were awesome. I definitely recommend stopping and checking out the store if you haven't yet.

It's like a treasure hunt, you never know what you'll find!Prices are great on most things! Price on the diapers are sometimes too high, some brands are worth it, other brands are cheaper online.

I like Ollie's stores but when I was there this time the restroom was horrible. The potty had over flown, no one had cleaned it up, there were buckets and a mop but a mess was still there, and there were no soap or paper towels.

Always a different variety weekly. Good selection of any and everything under the sun. One day you can have a hello kitty doll, the next you may have lawnmowers, then the following maybe soap. You just never know.

Great experience shopping here ! We had quite a huge order and the cashier never stopped being friendly. She didn’t mind giving me a subtotal so I could stay in my budget. Great prices wonderful book selection reasonably priced! My group of shoppers were so impressed, many didn’t know how good your toy selection was! I think you have about 8 new customers! This place has something new everywhere. The prices are cheap. Check the quality of what your getting. Sometimes you'll get what you pay for, but most of the time I'm more than happy with what I buy. And I buy alot there.v

One of those 'Hit-or-miss' stores of good bargains and finds. I love getting the kids books here as kids go through books quick and it makes it affordable here. Also good quick finds for bathroom product, k-Cups coffee and holiday items.

Good stuff cheap is there Slogan. It's literally true. Lots of items to choose from at deep discount. I bought a linoleum remnant 9x12 for $50. Over $100 @ the large chain stores. I always check here before buying large ticket items.

The cashier was very rude...I was standing in line and the people in front of me was checking out. The cashier was talking to them which was fine. Then after the people payed the cashier continued to talk to them. Five minutes later, she still was talking them then started to pet their dog. By this time there were several people standing behind me. So I asked the cashier if she could check me out so I could leave because I had other errands to do. She rolled her eyes and told the people she was sorry that I was being rude. I told her I wasn't being rude but I didn't have the time to wait in line while she petted a dog and talked. The people moved and as I was putting my stuff on the counter she said, You better hurry since you have so much to do. I didn't say anything, I paid and as I was grabbing my bag she said, You better hurry, you need to get things done. I looked at her and told her that she didn't need to be rude to me because I asked her to do her job.

This is a good place just to me and my friend Trent like to go to just to see what they have as they're slogan goes. Good stuff cheap and we have found some good stuff there at a very reasonable price

On yesterday’s visit, the credit card machine went down. The clerk was nice enough to hold my items until I went through the parking lot to get cash from the ATM. From what I gathered from other patrons, this happens often. All else was the norm for Ollie’s: low prices on closeouts. One thing I learned today, the clearance items are near the restrooms. Never knew they had a clearance section.

It's always a little messy but it's a bargain outlet so it happens. It could be worse but their people are always on the hustle trying to keep it stocked and clean. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I can't stop buying the reusable shopping bags because they make me laugh.

I stopped by the other day to shop and found some great items. The couple time I shopped here before the employees at checkout were not polite at all which makes your experience not great. This time the Employee that checked me out was the nicest person I've ever had there or anywhere lately. This made my experience even better this day.I hate to feel rushed while checking out and this day I spent a couple hundred dollars and I was trying to see if I had any coupons that I could use and she kept telling me "It's ok take your time" even though customers were behind me. I did have 30% off and used it thanks to her making me feel comfortable and not rushed. These days it's hard to find anyone that is nice no matter where you go. This girl should be manager seriously if not already. kindness goes a long way. Thank you to the girl that checked us out.

LOVE the book section!!! Always spend more money than l "should" but so enjoy my books. I know the fashionable thing is to read on your kindle or whatever, but l LOVE to hold a real book. There's something about turning the pages, smelling the ink...l love it.
