I absolutely love Menards, however the order pickup experience was absolutely terrible. Was sent in 30 different directions including being told to go shop for our own items and then walk to the front with the receipt. Then finally was directed to actually go to order pickup.Would have followed the apps instructions but the only instruction was to “head to the store it is ready”What should have been a 10-15 minute trip turned into an hour.Again love Menards as a whole but this order pickup scenario has lowered my interest in shopping here.

Bought an appliance, was in large box, got it home and unloaded and it was the wrong model. Called and Spoke to clerk that sold it sent pictures and it was determined that the wrong label was placed on the floor model which caused the mix up. Was told the only option was to bring it back and switch it or wait a week for them to possibly pick up the wrong one and deliver the correct one. Then...when I asked for assistance to get the gas fitting for the appliance the clerk was nice but not knowledgeable so the wrong fitting was bought and I ended up having to go to Lowes where the were knowledgeable and directed me to the correct fitting. Menards has a beautiful store with great selections but you better know what you are looking for.

This is a new store. I have never visited Menard's before, and it was overwhelming, to say the least! The store is well laid out. When I say that they have nearly everything and anything- they do! They have furniture to building supplies to milk and toys for the kiddos. There are lots of helpful staff as well as Cashiers. Will have to explore more!

Updated. Second trip in five days. Both trips, we're greeted with helpful staff. Today, Ms. Becca in floor coverings was a joy to meet. Ms. Amanda was kind and helpful with our purchases. Our cashier Jen was pleasant. But, your gate keeper in lumber yard is great. Your staff make this place. Today's visit: Ms. Kila, Ms. Elizabeth, Ms. Emily and Mr. Will (all great) helpful and kind. Thanks for having wonderful people.

Menards spent a LOT of capital to build-out their stores, but their entire business model is fundamentally-flawed in my opinion. No, I don't and won't shop there. Here's why, and no "store management" can fix this. It's corporate, and it must be sponsored at the CEO level.Problem 1: the rebate system is flawed. It should be electronic, not via USPS. Theft opportunities abound for the mailed "certificates." I also WON'T wait 6-8 weeks for my "rebate."Problem 2: there is no way to rate products sold at Menards. While I'm a building pro, I also like to see consumer opinions about products. 2 and 3 star ratings? PASS! 4-5 star ratings? Okay, maybe good. However, I've run into some low volt lighting solutions which are total CRAP and they've done nothing but make me re-do multiple jobs multiple times. "Patriot" is a Menard's brand. THEY CAN KEEP IT!Problem 3: Too big. Simple.I stick to Home Depot and Lowes for my pro purchases. Menards gets none of my business any more. Good luck there, and don't bother replying to my post here. I won't care! But others might just care about what I think!!!!

Very pleasant, helpful staff. I asked workers if they liked working there, the answers were way different than what I get from Walmart workers for one example. Menards is privately owned, as is Aldi and Boscov's: The difference between privately held and corporation stores is stark. One handyman told me that Menard's is a much much better place to obtain things and he was doing that kind of work for a lifetime. I'm hooked

Best experience ever!!! I had a list of things to get, only half of which I understood, but WILL rescued me. He was so polite, helpful and understanding. He even taught me a few things!Ladies...... I went to get 4x8's, jigsaw something's, waterproof sealant for cracks that bleed....you get my point, But you can feel confident going to menards by yourself just ask for Will! My husband was shocked I got it all right! LoLThanks again, Will

I've been waiting on shipment of trim from a special order of trim but it keeps getting pushed. Ordered in February and it is now May and just keeps getting pushed further and further. Very dissapointed in this store. By the way if you need lumber go else where!

It is huge they have everything in it to fix or upkeep your house and pet plus they have a grocery section and a rental place from pickups to ladders to carpet cleaners to pressure washers to circular saws.

For truck drivers follow Google maps a few miles into the place because it doesn’t exist yet on trucker path or garmin or even the company gps I have. I got lost on some little roads for awhile

Terrible customerService at pick up!!!! Guard called for me to have help to load and no one would. Three men standing around let an elderly woman load a heavy load in rain by herself.

I called and talked to Menards on the phone and they stated that they price matched.So we went there tonight and I asked 4 different associates and showed them websites that offered the product I was after a cheaper price and they all stated that it would not be a problem to match the price and then a manager or someone stepped in and he said that no one else had it in stock so he said no on the price match I think they should at least honor what they say .

This place has everything from groceries to lighting to kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and appliances . It is a place you want to take your time and walk through because it is a little overwhelming at first .

The very worst experience I have ever had..I returned something I purchased waited almost an hour to get refund.. Bottom line nobody there seems to no anything.. I will stick with Lowe’s..
