Wish I could've gave them zero stars. People they are nice is the only thing I can say that is nice. I went to return an item back with the recipt and they refused to take the item back. So I was stuck with the item and the loan amount that impact my credit score as well. I won't be back as a customer to any kays because they lied and ruin not only myself but also my credit score and stuck with an product that I could never get the money back to pay the loan.

She was very compassionate and willing to help me. They were very busy but she made sure we were all taken care of in a timely manner. The store is very clean and have some great employees.
