kaylee spink did amazing! i personally don’t have a hair stylist preference, so i needed a quick trim and booked with the first person i saw, and don’t regret it!! she seemed to respect that i wanted to get rid of some dead ends yet keep some length, and helped even out some of my hair that had a chemical cut. really satisfied ! wish i could’ve tipped more. 10/10!

So the woman who did my hair was a little older than what my mom is and you would think she has enough experience. Right? NOPE! She not only destroyed my hair and left burns on my scalp she cut so choppy to cover up all my big globs of little hair because she let the bleach sit on my head in a cap and a bag then put me under the heater with it on. And when I went back two days later because the color didn't come out what I wanted cuz it was supposed to be red and green peekaboo it was pink and blue instead but when I went back to get it corrected she didn't fix it at all it was terrible. So I called and complained and the manager fixed my layers and gave me a refund and styled it for me I mean I appreciate what she was trying to do but that other woman destroyed my head so bad that 2 months later still isnt growing out at all i still have patches of hair that is so small that I can't have my hair down because it looks so bad. I just wish I had my hair back. I'm afraid to go anywhere else or do my own hair because it's not growing or getting any better. Please for the love of God don't go here

Absolutely disgusting. This was the worst hair cut I have ever had. I was wanting a balayage, and first off the place was so dirty I almost didn’t proceed with the appointment. I was seated down and not given a proper consultation, then I showed a photo to show what I wanted and I feel as if they didn’t even look. After 3 hours, I left with a goldish- bronze color. I was completely dissatisfied and I explained to the hairdresser what I wanted, and they seemed to not care. I feel as if the atmosphere was unwelcoming I would not recommend to come here.Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Balayage

I have known Erica for a few years now and have went to her for my hair needs several times. She never disappoints. I recently went to see her for a choppy layered cut and I couldn't be more pleased. I don't exactly trust any other stylist to do it, besides her. She always gets it done the way I want it done. She is thorough and makes sure you enjoy your time in her chair. Usually see dawn, but saw Kayla for my curly hair. Did exactly as I asked. Easy to make an appointment and get seen. Still cheaper than many places. I wear my hair naturally curly and needed some fixes from my last cut somewhere else. She did a great job with the reference photo and description. It dried great. Im very happy.

Just what I was looking for and didn't know it. Being from out of town it's always nerve racking figuring out where to go. I've had many botched haircuts because of the fine texture of my hair. Im very pleased to say Kayla did an amazing job. Especially since I gave her vague instructions which included, I want to be able to put it up still, I want it to have volume when it's down, kinda shoulder length and I don't want to look stupid . After telling me what she thought would work for my fine hair texture I gave her the go ahead and I couldn't be more pleased. If I'm in the area next time I need my hair cut I will be back to see Kayla!

January 2021: Not pleased at all, looks terrible. Usually the stylist works with me to get a good result. Got sides short, but she seemed hesitant to cut anything off the top, even after explaining it was 3 months of growth that needed adjusted. Stylist seemed inexperienced and not the level of quality I had grown to enjoy from this place. Usually they style the hair as well. Now I have short sides with a mop on top.Upon reviewing recent reviews it appears something must have changed staff wise for all the reviews to start going negative.Old: I have gotten a couple nice haircuts from this place. They are very friendly and fast. They follow covid safety procedures extensively.

I received a cut and color from a stylist last year, my hair was two different lengths on each side and when she was done and styled my hair, I looked like a little 3 year old. She used big curls to hide the length. I would NOT go here.

so i cut all my hair off and i like that part, BUT!! The lady who did my hair, Cathy, was one not very friendly and two MESSED UP MY HAIR BADLY! I told her to layer it and she did but she curled it after and i told her not to and now i figured out why she did, SHE COMPLETELY MESSED UP THE LAYERS AND CURLED IT SO YOU COUDLNT TELL!!!!! The layers and blotchy and only on the top, underneath isnt layered at all. And then i’m still 12 and she told my mom that it would be a little extra to wash it bc my hair was so long, she charged us 10 extra dollars to wash my hair bc it was long, the wash came with it but extra bc it was long so it shouldn’t of been 10 extra dollars! I’m not very happy that she ruined my hair and then tried to hide it AND THEN CHARGED EXTRA!!!!! If i ever go back i’m telling them that i better not get Cathy!
