The nicest hotel it is clean and with great breakfast choices. Thanks, Dorothy, for breakfast! Friendly employees, and I'd have to say one of our top hotel rooms as a travel baseball family. My 9 year old made the comment that this was his favorite hotel. They loved that the pool was available later than most hotels. Arriving late after work and being able to hop in the pool before bed was really enjoyable . Everything was clean from the lobby, pool, and rooms. Not to mention the supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion available in each room. This hotel really put their customers first!Rooms: This hotel is conveniently located near a sheetz and other stores. As mentioned above, rooms and everything were very clean and updated. The friendliest staff, and they had a large selection in their lobby of snacks.

Gym is pretty limited and the breakfast I found quite unappealing. Room was good, Wifi was good, front desk staff was good. Just that damn breakfast. The breakfast room had garbage cans of course, but a sign asking people not to put liquids in there. Fair enough, but then please have a tray or area for leaving your coffee cup if you didn’t finish all the coffee.

Pool/ hot tub so over chlorinated it bleached our clothing/swimsuits.. front desk refuses to do anything.. won't contact manager thats not in until Monday.. this was ontop of them changing our room we reserved 6 weeks ago.. then saying we don't have any available. It was the exsact same male desk clerk with that issue and now.. he was arguing with a customer when we came in because they lost a authorization from the guys company that was sent in.... absolutely unprofessional all around.. refuses to contact the manager

Very clean, spacious and modern rooms. Rooms on main floor can be noisy due to doors having large gaps at bottom. We put a towel to muffle the noise, which worked. Breakfast was wonderful.

We selected this hotel because of the EV charger and were so glad we did. The room was large, modern, and clean. Room amenities were well stocked. There were more than enough outlets and USB chargers, which can be really rare in hotels.The complimentary breakfast was tasty and refreshed frequently. Tea and coffee are available in the lobby at all times.For EV owners, you'll need an IHG account and an account on Loop to charge. Front desk staff will give you the code. After you're set up in the app, charging is level 2 and easy.Rooms: Modernly appointed with plenty of outlets and USB charging portsSafety: Safe area. Exterior doors are secureFood & drinks: Complimentary breakfast was high quality and refreshed frequently.

Excellent. Clean room. Extra helpful staff. Modern accommodations. You can tell the staff took pride in their work. The recent renovation was done beautifully!! Pool area was clean and tidy. Soft and upgraded bedding, easy clutter free access and very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and tended too promptly. I would gladly stay here again!

Stopped here on the way to Atlanta. It was very late in evening on a Saturday. My wife and I had been driving all day Coming from Montreal, Canada. We stopped at several other hotels/motels in the area which was full.So, we told the desk person of our dilemma and he checked until he found an available room. We do a lot of road trips and we seldom find the kind of service we received from this HInn.Just a very great place to stay. Take a tour of the website and I assure you if you book a room you will enjoy your stay.

Got here late after a long drive. The Service desk was quick and friendly. The rooms were clean and bug free. I think they recently renovated so the room and bathrooms were in good shape.

This is a fairly new hotel in a good location, walking distance from a couple restaurants and a Starbucks. The staff is friendly and efficient.Internet (Free Wi-Fi) is terrible at only 25 to 35 Mbps and cellular in the area isn't any faster.The only reason for a 3-star review, rather than a 4-star is the enormous gap at the bottom of the door (see photo). Despite the obvious privacy concerns, the sound of people walking and talking in the hallway is loud enough that it feels like the door is wide open. Sound travels easily anywhere air can freely travel and with the huge gap, well there's no surprise why we can hear everything.

The staff has been incredible! Best I've ever had in any hotel experience, and I've been to quite a few! The man who checked me in was doing his first night by himself and he was rocking it! I have a Tesla and they allowed me to plug it in outside & let me know they plan on putting in chargers during their renovations, which just ensures we will stay here The next time we drive into town also! The ladies serving breakfast were awesome with my kids and breakfast was great! The front desk staff this morning was so accommodating too, finding some disposable ear plugs for my son who has Autism to sleep better. My kids enjoyed the pool & I was excited to see there is also a hot tub in the pool area, was not even expecting that bonus. Plenty clean towels available in the pool area and it was kept very clean, which is rare nowadays in hotel pools. Our room is much larger than I thought and plenty of room for myself and all four kids. Hotel is very easy to find and great location to the interstate, made it convenient for traveling. Plenty of places to eat near by and a water park less than 20 minutes away in Clarksburg. I can't say enough about how great it's been so far! Thank you so much! Keep being awesome! Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing!! The rooms were comfortable and clean. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash built into the tub which by the way was LARGE! They had a heated hot tub and in door pool which in October was open also a fitness room that was fully functional. This place I will definitely stay again and recommend anyone go. Beds were so soft and cozy with 4 pillow which I adore! I just lobe this hotel.

Their motto is cleanliness and that is very true 👍. Every where I went you can notice the organization and cleanliness. The only thing that I want to suggest, and is why I didn't gave 5 stars, is for the maintenance to please consider the guests that are still resting and are staying closer to your maintenance room service( laundry). We traveled 6hour got in the hotel around 10pm. Planned to rest until 9am and keep our traveling. But the high volume on the hallway make us want to leave earlier than planned. Room 109, 110, 111 are adjacent to the maintenance room service. For the rest it was 👍.

How odd and how inconvenient it’s 10pm the guy at front desk, can only take cash and POS is down. I waited to buy a soda for 5 minutes until whoever it was decided to come out of back office where you can hear he was being entertained by a movie. I have been having to stay here unfortunately for past week how horrible to come to find out I have to stay longer with these weird accommodations.

Our rooms toliet had an issue where it ran non stop the first night. We switched rooms for the last three nights into our originally booked room. Once checking out and discovering I left my percription glasses I called the hotel to see if they found them while cleaning the room. The staff was courteous and ready to help. The rooms were clean. I found the pool area to be very nice, I liked that the staff put a towel on every chair. The gym was better than most other smaller hotel gyms (not just a few treadmills). All in all would stay again.

Awesome accommodations & hospitality!! Everything advertised is REAL & LEGIT! That includes the HOT TUB & Indoor pool. Washer dryer available for all the mess you dirty up on the road. Plenty of places to eat, shop or maintenance and repair the car.We broke down the first night. Front desk staff went over and beyond our emergency needs. There aren't many places that still practice good customer service and support. This location is on top if it. For the size of room and amenities the extra $ doesn't matter. Bed slept like a dream.

Stayed one night great location, just off 79. This is the perfect stop for anyone driving from Canada.. From the moment of check in to check out, I can't say enough about the friendly staff. I have never had such comfort in all the hotels that I have stayed in. The beds were awesome. The breakfast had everything that you would need to start your day. I will definitely go back.

This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed in, and I travel for a living. The staff is INCREDIBLE and helped me with several issues while I was staying there. I was there for two weeks, and at every turn they impressed me, down to the last day when I forgot some belongings and they hunted them down for me and offered to mail them out. Breakfast is great, pool was great, everything was beautiful and clean. I can't say enough about how wonderful my stay was!!!!
