The last store of its chain to carry firearms, ammo, and hunting items... until now- no ammo, no hunting, no firearms. Always a disappointment to visit a store for the last time, after so many past purchases, but I shop where they support what I do, and sell what I buy.

Called about filling co2. Rude girl answers the phone says they have co2. I drive 30 minutes each way to be told they're out of co2. Unprofessional employees. Management needs redone

Visited the store in April 2022 to purchase a mountain bike, James the bike tech was really helpful and took me through my options and then did a in depth check of the bike and got it tuned and ready for me to ride, would highly recommend the service at this store, the team made me feel very welcome.

Called this morning to make sure they were able to refill my co2 tanks, and after two different people confirmed their machine was working, I made the almost two-hour drive. Lo and behold, their machine is *not* working, and I've wasted 15 bucks in gas and 4 hours of my time.

We purchased my kayak over a week ago & it’s perfect! We stopped with no intent of purchasing that day but after speaking with the Sales Manager Larry M. we then decided to buy one that day. He is very knowledgeable of all of the kayaks and he directed me to the kayak that would be a fit for my needs. We ended up purchasing the Perception Swifty 9.5. I wanted a particular color so not only did Larry get it for me but he personally went outside in 90 degree temps and dug it out of the bottom of the pile of kayaks by himself. Then came out and helped my husband load it on the car. I worked in management for 11 yrs and this is by far an exceptional manager. Most managers would send someone under them to do the grunt work but not this guy! Thanks Larry! We will be back to see you soon to purchase a new one for my husband!

It took 20 mins to get thru the line and even after they opened up anotger line they got the people in the back instead of the people waiting . even though their was a ton of employees they only watched and didn't ask anyone if they needed help .I was there to get running shoes and they only had three pair of brooks in my size. Overall not a great experience .The cashier was nice but slow and I when I went to get my receipt emailed for my records vs paper she pressed print without giving me the option .

Went to get somethings for my little boy for his birthday today and Jace and William was beyond amazing. They very extremely polite and very helpful. From the moment I got there until the moment I left. I'd recommend both of those guys to anyone. Thank you so much guys my boy loves it all.

It's like any other Dick's store. I wanted to buy something behind a counter. There were five people waiting and the guy behind the counter was focused on one person. I left and went back the next day. The prices displayed included a mail-in rebate. I'm sure there was a microscopic asterisk somewhere...

They're selection is ok, and the store is always clean and orderly, but I can't count how many times I go in and am completely ignored by staff members as I pass by them. I'm rarely offered help; if I want it, I have to seek someone out.

I had to chase employees around to find help. I went for the treadmill analysis and they had bit charged the ipad so they couldnt do it. Went to get cartridges from the lodge and 2 employees were carrying on a conversation and ignored me and my husband for a full 5 minutes until we finally had to speak up 2 times to get help.

I went in looking for one thing: women's hiking pants. The selection was a single style which was ill-suited for hiking. I was not approached by a single employee asking if I needed assistance. I probably won't return.

We went to Morgantown for my husband fishing license and they told him there was a problem to contact the DNR. Went to Bridgeport and had no problem at all.

Waited in line for 10 minutes to buy socks. Only one person up front and someone was returning a lot of stuff. Manager walks up and ignores us. Put socks down walked out and will NOT be back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

As long as you can figure out what the merchandise is, you're fine. Good luck finding a sales associate. I guess they're having trouble finding good help.

Some people didn't have masks. Its mandatory for customers to havw face masks on. Asked an employee and they weren't no helk at all. Workers removing their mask also.
