Took my cake order 24hrs ahead of time since Fairmont couldn't do a simple decoration which was much appreciated. However the vanilla in the ice cream cake wasn't normal vanilla ice cream, it was ice milk. When I called the day after pickup the said they had something wrong with the machine. The machines don't just randomly make ice milk ice cream.

I just Postmated an order for an “Oreo Dirt Pie” Blizzard which clearly had chocolate ice cream and Oreo chunks in the photo on the website (hence why I ordered it) and when I got it it was literally just vanilla ice cream with four gummy worms on top. Like one of those things where it’s so bad you just have to laugh. Just wish I could get my money back.

I ordered a medium peanut butter blizzard as I always do. I got 2 tiny pieces of chocolate and 2 tiny pieces of peanut butter. I called talked to Rochelle the shift lead manager because she said the manager would not be in for a long time. She said I should have asked for peanut butter topping. What?? I never ask for that and get plenty of peanut butter cup pieces in my blizzard.I will never go back there and will tell All my friends and family about this awful experience

I ordered a flamethrower triple combo and received a flamethrower double combo. This is the second time in two months I've ordered the larger burger, been charged for the larger burger, and received the smaller one. Unfortunately I went all the way home before checking the food.The food was fine, but I'm tired of being over-charged for my food and not receiving what I ordered. For some reason the staff cooking the food can't seem to read the screen in front of them.I do not think I will be returning to this location.

The food here is very good and the employees were very nice. The store was also very clean which was nice. There was also not much of a wait here and they were much faster than dairy queen usually are. Would highly recommend if you were in the area and were looking for some ice cream or food.
