This store has a wide variety of items and has really good prices. They also always have a great seasonal section with great outdoor decorations. However, most of the time I visit this location it seems quite dirty. The floors are always dirty looking. They also tend to only have one register open which does lead to long lines.

I had an issue with employees this morning. I left a review on the survey in which the store manager had called me later in the day to ask me questions. I answered her questions and she asked me to come back to the store in which I did. She rectified the issue that took place earlier in the day. Thank you so much Tabitha you are a blessing to that store. I will be back when I'm in town again Clarksburg WV store # 0246.

We bought a couple of bookshelves and a desk chair here and we are more than happy with the quality of the items vs. what we paid $$ for the items we purchased. They had a pretty decent selection here also. Just don't expect "ultra high quality" furniture, as you must keep in mind that this is a Big Lots store. Still, you get a good value for your money at Big Lots. I've personally frequented this store chain for decades now and it has yet to disappoint!

Great variety of household items at good prices. Staff is very courteous. Would give it 5 stars if the store would get a facelift. The ceiling tiles look like they all have water stains.

Big Lots carries furniture, mattresses, out door furnishings, kitchen, bedroom, livingroom and bathroom items, non perishable food items, personal care items, a few dvds, batteries, etc... Prices are fair and if you haven't tried the Ghiradelli Double Chocolate Brownies, you can get a box for under $2 and they are to die for!

One of my favorite stores to shop, both locally and online. The employees are friendly, helpful and most of all cheerful which lacks most retailers
