I took my son to buy work boots yesterday. 8/12/23. The old man working there was very rude n standoffish!!! He acted like he didn't want to help us. He kept slamming the shoeboxs down. My son finally bought a pair of boots he liked. (Very Pricey) I do not recommend this place! We felt very uncomfortable and won't be back!

I.U.O.E don't let them get your money! boot pattern got ruined in one week of walking in grass, took them back and they won't stand behind it, no refund so left on the counter told them they need the money more then me and walked out and he was VERY rude and waved bye childishly they don't handle things professionally.

Very nice location with quality boots, as well as other work wear including fire retardant and high viz apparel. Stop in and see Darrell, I recommend him and this business very highly! I have not received this level of customer service in a long time. He obviously takes pride in his work and it came through in the service he provided us today.

Honestly can’t even give a one star worst place ever to get boots. My boyfriend has got two pairs and both could not be replaced. Like no one is ruining a pair of boots on purpose when you spend that much money on them. Don’t recommend!!!

Have gotten 2 sets of boots from here and if I would have came in sooner they would have replaced my current boots under the warranty. But since I had issues with them they gave me 10% off. Anytime me or my wife are in need of boots or work wear we come here. They have a good selection for men and women.

My boyfriend and I came in to get him a new pair of work boots. We spent about 45 minutes trying on 5+ pairs of boots and the workers were more than helpful and willing to help him find the perfect pair. After we checked out and bought the boots, I decided I wanted to get a can of mink oil for the boots. The guy at the register grabbed the oil and just threw it in our bag, free of charge even though we were fully expecting to pay for it. As we walked out I looked at my boyfriend and said “that’s exactly why we shop small.” Extremely great and helpful staff, we will be buying all of our boots and workwear here from now on. Thanks Bennys!

I went to get a pair of boots they had advertised on their website. They had them in stock if you had a size 14w foot. Customer service was ok, but if your looking for Matterhorn mining boots their selection is slim. Prices also quite expensive so your probably better off ordering offline somewhere if you know your sizes and what you want. Wouldn’t recommend making the trip otherwise.

The younger guy working there was not pleasant. Very cocky and acted better than the people there trying to buy boots. If he didn't want to get other boots for me to try on he prolly should not be working there. I would think that it's his job to do that since there is nothing out but what is on display. I will prolly not go back to the meadowbrook exit location.

I sent my 19 yr old son to return his work boots for a replacement as the soles had come apart of his after 3 months of wear. Let's just say they saw him coming!!! Benny's claimed that due to a scuff on the toe they would not honor the warranty. What does that have to do with the tread coming off the boot? I paid $230 for the boots and he had receipt in hand. What a RIP OFF! They did offer him 20% off a new pair though. We bought the same boots on Amazon for $100 less and guess what they honor the warranty. Some business will do anything to make a buck. Shame on you for taking advantage of our youth!

Absolutely piss poor and rude customer service. Had our masks on but told us we did not have them on properly. This is the only place that sells boots close by but will NEVER buy from that business. Do not recommend anyone to give their business to this store.

I love the quality of items in this place for the most part but some of the pricing is getting out of hand. I know carhart is expensive but $236.00 dollars for an FR hooded jacket..I think I will pass . I would rather go get in my truck and waste some fuel .. I can run the heateralong time for $ 236.00

I go here often, they have a points system when you get a 1000 points you get 100$ off next purchase. There are lower tiers as well I always save to a 1000.

I agree with others about the friendliness of some of the staff. My husband gets one boot voucher from work for $200.00 a year for 2 pair of boots which at this place is a joke. They are VERY EXPENSIVE and no way are you getting boots for $100.00 dollars here! We went yesterday [ New Years Day] and he picked out a pair $199.00, typical price for boots that only last 3-4 months tops. But his company recently changed the fact that they don’t have to be Saftey toe boots any more and his boss scratched out and initial his voucher. They employee was very rude and insistent about the boot having to be saftey toe. Then got more rude when I asked him to hold them because the company wasn’t open that day that they would get a call from his boss tomorrow. When my husband went to work this morning several other of the employees went and got boots, without saftey toe yesterday with no problem! I am telling you I am worse than mad right now! My husband should be working with his new insulated boots on in this 7 degrees weather!

More pricey than usual on certain brands of clothing. Great variety of work wear and casual wear boots. I was looking for a womans leather wallet, I did find about six selections but all were made in China. I left without a wallet. I will go to a leather shop before purchasing foreign leather.

Purchased a defective set of boots where the seam was pulling apart. They told me repeatedly they would not do anything and were rude about it... the "gentleman" behind the counter told me "I wasted s trip." I'll be sure to tell everyone from my company to avoid your store and I will cease business here. Your customer service is terrible.

Came into the store ready buy at least two pairs of boots... walked out not spending a dime because the customer service was outrageously terrible! Three men working; one walks by four times without acknowledging; two others at counter chatting. Thinking they might want the sale instead, I walk over. I wait about 3 minutes for their conversation to end and when it does, instead of asking if I needed help/was ready to check out/ANYTHING, they both turn and walk away! Who trains these people??

Terrible customer experience, guy with short black hair and black beard called me a liar to my face when I was dealing with what seemed to be a factory issue with my new waterproof boots (6 days old and was leaking already). Why would I lie and waste my time dealing with brand new boots. You lost this customer.
