Waited 2hrsafter appointment time to see Vet. There was no common courtesy of staff in the secretarial position that let anyone know what was going on.I tried for a half an hr to get an answer when calling them. The phone was not busy, it kept ringing. When finally answered she asked to put me on hold. I said sure why not I've already been wasting my time for a half an hr. She got pissed and said excuse me really hateful. Told her what happened and said I won't be back.Common courtesy goes along ways.

I've been bringing my pets here for at least 10+ years. Fantastic people who really care about your pets. I've brought dogs, cats and even chickens to Audubon and always been well satisfied with the treatment. Special mention- when my backyard flock got sick last summer, Dr. Linner was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me.

I’ve used Dr Linner for years. She is amazing with my dogs and really cares for them. She explains everything you need to know and makes it comfortable to ask questions about my pets. I recommend her in particular to anyone who is looking for an awesome vet.

Front desk staff is absolutely terrible! They have charged me the wrong price for dog food, which I had to go in and correct. They have been rude when I’ve called to check on my dogs medication refills, and placed me on hold numerous times then disconnected the call. Dr.Linner has been great to work with but the front desk staff has been terrible to work with. We will be switching for another vet in the area.

They’re really rude and heartless. My puppy we thought broke her leg and appeared to be in pain so I drove over to Audubon because they wouldn’t answer their phone. Big mistake, they couldn’t have cared less. Told me to go all the way to Cheat Lake in a hateful way. Also seems like every time you go in there they act like they’ve never seen you before even though we have 4 dogs and a couple cats who are always in there. I ended up finding a good vet today though and they treated us really well and got the puppy taken care of. I’ll never go back to Audubon again. I will miss Dr Masset and Dr Knott but they should have fired those rude people a long time ago.

My parents had a cat hoard at their house and I was visiting from Louisiana trying to help them get it under control. Audubon Animal Clinic worked with us to help get four cats fixed while we were there. They were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this vet!

The vets and staff are wonderful. They have been my vets for 30 years. They are so knowledgeable and very courteous and kind to me and my pets. You just can't beat this place. They are AWESOME!!! The very best!!!

We had to put our beloved Kokomo asleep. Audubon was so sweet to us and him. I also see how much they love on all the animals that go there. They will be our vet office forever. They took a footprint of Kokomo and a few days letter I received a card with a butterfly to plant in the garden to remember him. They are a wonderful place. Don't hesitate to take your fur babies. They will love on them like family.

Great staff !!! They treated my 15 yr old chiweenie (Dachshund/Chihuahua mix) very nicely. He had his ear checked out and a nail trim. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic ointment to put in his ear. I highly recommend Audubon Animal Clinic.

Such kind and compassionate people!! I'm very greatful that after calling 12 vet's office and not one could/would help my puppy. Because that's what brought me to this wonderful office. They not only took my baby right in and had her back in my lap within 15mins. They could have charged me alot more than what they did. Which was next to nothing for a new patient and emergency visit on a busy friday evening. So to anyone that's looking for a kind, caring and honest veterinarian. I'd recommend you look no further, because you've found her!!!

I’m a new patient to Audubon. My 13 year old dog had a couple seizure like episodes. I called to schedule an appt, they saw me within 3 hours. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived! Dr. Warner was absolutely amazing! She was friendly with my dog, explained everything to me in detail, & took all steps to check all my concerns. I would highly recommend her! We will be going back!

Horrible experience.I changed to This office.I was over charged for services not received.I was faithful to the vet that I had prior.The only reason I left that that was because the receptionist was horrible.I use this place and they will not even email me records for my cat.They did not vaccinate her, but they charge me for it.I would absolutely never recommend this place.I have to take my cat somewhere else because three months later, she still has stitches in her stomachAnd she still has wormsI have treated this cat four timesThey told me that it is because of fleas or she is eating rodentsThere are zero fleas none. I make sure of that.And there are absolutely no rodentsAnd they still won’t email me my cats records

I have been taking my pets there for over 4 years, all the Drs & staff were GREAT. Until January, after one of my pets had surgery & on his appt to have his stitches removed, I voiced a complaint, the Dr left the room to take the stitches out & didn't return to let us know if everything was OK or to address my complaint. 3 days later we got our pets records & a letter stating he or any of the other Drs there will no longer care for my pets. I'm sorry that I hurt the Drs feelings, but I feel he could have been a little more mature about the situation.

We had our pittie there for a checkup and Lyme shot. She just took off with the girls and left her daddy sitting there. They trimmed her nails and did her shot. She loved everyone there. They make her feel so comfortable.

This review is for Dr. Maset: My wife and I have used Audubon Animal clinic for almost 4 years and have always been satisfied with their service, UNTIL TODAY. The amount of disrespect my wife and I received was enough to the point of switching vet offices entirely.First off, it was absolutely ridiculous trying to get a fecal sample done on our newest pup, last year with our middle pup they basically intimidated me into doing the test and I'm so glad I did because she ended up having Coccidia. So of course with the new pup we asked to have it done. The staff acted as if it wasn't needed at all and wouldn't do it her first 2 appointments when my wife took her. Today was the third appointment and you better believe the fecal test was done, having to put my foot down to do it of course. So why are you not trying to provide the services you are there to provide????Second, our oldest dog has had severe issues with throwing up during car rides. We have taken her there for the same issue and ended up buying their prescription motion sickness medicine($50/4 pills)....Did not work. We tried fasting, didn't work. We tried Dramamine, again didn't work. But! Our friend let us have a few Trazadone that was prescribed to her dog(who is around the same weight as ours) and let me tell you, it worked wonders, she does not throw up and rides well on trips. So, after all the trial and error we figured out what works and went today to get her, her own prescription! Only to get lied to, saying they didn't have it. That would be okay if we didn't already know you can call in into Walmart for us to pick up there! Not only that but we felt as if we were looked down upon for evening asking about it. The staff would not give us any information on why they truly wouldn't prescribe the medication for her. And that's where we lost all respect. Please don't lie to us, please explain to us why you will not prescribe her this medication so we can talk about it like adults, do not stand and hide in the backroom and make your vet tech lie to us.

Everyone who works here is absolutely sweet and caring. My pets and I love coming here! They’re more experienced on Pittbulls and Bullies which is why I decided to try them when I got my new puppy and they did not disappoint in any way or manner :) I highly recommend this place for your babies❤️ 🐾

The puppy Zyrtec wasn't doing the trick giving cytopoint a try. Hoping for the best and no side effects. Audubon Animal clinic is the best! I highly recommend them to anyone.Today was annual checkup. Had to get 2 shots. Plus kennel cough liquid. Cytopoint was great the first 3 months then like a placebo. Giving Apoquel a try fingers crossed that it does a better job than Cytopoint.

My dog had to get shots done and they hands with her so good she didn't come out crying or barking or anything she was happy as a clam they must have done a very very good job with her back there I'm very happy and I got to admit I was very nervous to send her in there by herself but they did very good with her

In my opinion they word upsells in a way to make the customer think it's required by law when in fact it's not. I understand it's a "business" but we will not go back there. Many other vets that care about the pets more than upsells.

Top-notch animal care. The entire staff is great. Every animal we've owned for nearly 10 years has been there to see the doctors. As long as I'm near the area, they'll be my vet of choice.

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for years and recently, they treated my daughter's new dog and she was also happy with them. They have a very friendly, caring staff and explain everything to you in detail and try their best to save you money, but still provide the best care. I would highly recommend taking your furbabies to Audubon!

Treated me like a villain and didn’t care that I was crying. Our border collie is 16 and snaps at our young kids and is having accidents all over the home and struggles to get up. It felt must humane to discuss putting him down. They were not concerned. They ran one test that showed it wasn’t worms. $67 to be told he looks fine (without them even getting close to him or running other tests). They treated me terribly for suggesting I was scared of him hurting my kids and he seems in pain. They told me to treat my dog. They are out for money off of old dogs and they treat people worse than objects.
