The staff at this store are amazing. I love coming in here for my weekly savings. Couldn't ask for better management. Amy rocks the position! She gets it done and if she doesn't have something she will do anything within her power to get it to make her customers happy! That's hard to find now a days! And her staff are just as amazing ! This store was packed with many things that I had not seen in other family dollars. It was very neat, clean and employees truly acted like they appreciated you shopping in the store

I worked there over 5 years. The manager got rude to me and said I was harassing her. I tried to talk to the district manager and he wouldn't listen to me. He believed the manager and said I was going to jail for harassment. I think its bad when the district manager won't listen to the employees. I even went to the person above the district manager and he wouldn't listen to me. I thinks its bad when you can't find anyone that will listen to the employees side.The manager had lots of complaints against her and they haven't done a thing about it. When the district manager questioned the store manager she said they were rumors.

I was in about a month ago and I just finished shopping and was at the checkout when I guess he was the manager, he had grey hair comes up behind me to tell me I was an inch off the social distance box and he didn't even have a mask on. I looked back and there was nobody in line behind me. It scared me because I am in charge of taking care of my mother and he could have had covid 19. I really made me mad because I think all the employees should have masks on for the safety of the customers. He was an older gentlemen. But one things for sure is that I will never stop here ever again.

The manager is very rude. My husband worked there for 5 years and she reported him for harassment. He tried to talk to the district manager but he wouldn’t listen to him..My daughter also worked there and had a problem with the manager. She tried to talk to the district manager about the problem but he wouldn’t return her call, so she quit.
