The manager was rude and lied!We were looking for a riding mower, a safe, and a few other pricey items but he made it very oblivious that he didn't want to help us and he said they didn't deliver.We went to the Pounding Mill VA location and Hailey was AMAZING!btw, the not great associate was the manager... Thanks for being a lazy manager! Hailey was awesome!

Don't believe the pictures you see on here. I've been to this store three times in ten days and the most pig/hog feed they had in stock was six 50lb. bags. You would think the manager would recognize that he or she isn't ordering enough for our community. This ain't New York city. We need more than dog leashes.

Fast team member David likes to smart off to customers, very rude. Cussing under breath after I talk to the manager about him, loudly saying "Jesus christ" over my father moving shoes from the area to sit and try on shoes and then practily yells at me "was I talking to you" after I say it's crazy how employees treat customers. Store in bluefield on 1/17/24 around 4 pm

Last 3 times I’ve been there to buy something that the website said was in stock, I was told that it was packed away in the back and couldn’t buy it. Seems like the employees are too lazy to get items for the customers that aren’t already on the floor. Very frustrating when you take the time to drive out there just to be told it’s in stock but they won’t go get it. They’re gonna lose a lot of business to online .

The Tractor supply store in our erea lets their trash lay in a cemetery that is next door to the store and their manager Donnie was very rude and refused to have anyone clean THEIR trash from the cemetery and would not give me a phone number for a regional manager...BTW this is their store in Bluefield Westvirginia.

My son and I visited the Bluefield, WV store, today, looking for a magnet fishing device. While the store did not have such, we experienced a more-than-helpful employee, Anthony, who built us one. Anthony was the most ambitious, helpful, and caring person we have had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he know his store; but, he catered to my son's favorite color and safety! Thank you, Anthony and Tractor Supply! My son had a wonderful experience at your store and magnet fishing.

I've never had a problem out of this place. I usually go here for mostly blades and misc items. The staff is awesome and they work with you to help you out.First of all, the staff. They are honest if they understand something or not, they are informative, and if they are unaware, they will find out.The quality of the products in this store, I've never had an issue with. They are good quality items.All and all, I highly recommend this place for the staff and quality you will recieve here.

I didn't like how they advertised in store like a clothes rack says 19.99 and up. Gives the impression everything on the rack is 19.99 but a 100.00 shirt can be on there. And I almost fell for it. I dont like that type of marketing trickery and it makes me not want to visit the store again. But the sales people are very nice and polite and friendly and helpful which made it a nice store.

Tractor Supply they carry a large range of items for your yard, garden, farm animals pets, tools, etc. Their prices are reasonable. The only complaint is there are never enough employees. Every time I've been there I've had to find a employee so I can pay for the things I buy. The store is clean and well stocked. You really can't beat the price for propane. It's not sold by the canister it's sold by the pound. As long as you can find someone to help you, you simply take your empty canister their they then refill it. I have the small canister and it usually costs between $7.00 and 11.00 dollars to fill. It doesn't take any longer than it would take to trade the tank out and that can cost upwards of $20.00.

I've been buying feed, boots, and fencing at this Tractor Supply for ten years. Always helpful employees, well stocked and organized, and easy to get in and out! A much more pleasant shopping experience than their local competition - and the carts fit down the aisles!

I use to always get my supplies for our ever growing animal family here. Service is always good and prices aren't to bad. Downside is they recently opened a Rural King in the area and they offer a bigger selection of goods so I shop there more often now.

Had an associate from the pounding mill valley store call this store to check on a set of lawnmower blades. Assured me they had the blades after driving a considerable distance I find out not only did they not pull them for me but they didn't even have them employees didn't seem to care the least bit about this problem just passed me from one employee to another. Drove five minutes to rural King. WOW. What a difference knowledgeable caring informed employees and a great selection of lawnmower blades too vurtually anything you need. Never going back to tractor supply again. I will drive by it and spend my money at rural King. And by the way the exact same lawnmower blades were 20 dollars cheaper too!!!

I bought a push mower from here that was defected, it was missing parts in the wheel. We took the mower with box and receipt back to the store. We were hoping to just get same mower switched out for one that would work. I do not know the employees name but he proceeded to be very rude and yelling at my boyfriend in store in front of other customers. He was very unprofessional and just walked off while my boyfriend was talking. We will make sure to tell everyone about our experience at this store. We will never shop in this store again or any other tractor supply for that matter. Looks like Royal King will get out business from now on.

Well we found a good deal on something, was gonna check out and was told it was not that price, so she called someone to check on it. Well he went back there to see and moved the item to another shelf then told us it was not on sale. I think that was wrong.

I buy my dog food, puppy chow and cat food there. they have to pick up the 50 lb bags and put them in the buggy and put them in the car but they are always very nice and polite. Eddie has always been extremely helpful.

Went to get propane filled on Monday the 2nd of November, got there at 6:15pm and was told they had already shutdown the propane pumps for the night and it was a long process turning them back on. I had just called 30 minutes prior to make sure they filled tanks. I drove to Wytheville TSC and got my tanks filled. Will probably keep doing that since customer service at this Bluefield location is a disgrace.

Good prices if you need to buy corn laying Mash chick starter and lots of other stuff to use on the farm or anywhere you may need it ,Donnie is very courteous and a very good manager at the store he will work with you to help with anything you need!

I purchased a Cub Cadet LTX1050 Last Summer. I have wanted this tractor for about 5 years.This summer I started to use it and it will not pull up the hills in my back yard. I send a customer complaint to tractor supply two weeks ago (they will get back in touch in 24 Hours).And have not heard from them. I call cub Cadet and the put in contact with Larry’s in Bluefield. Larry’s will not work on Cub Cadet. I call cub back, they put me in contact with 3 other cub cadet service centers they will not work on them either. I call cub Again the put me in contact with Fowlkes in Wytheville, they will not work on them unless you pay the up front. My tractor is still not working. When I first contacted Cub my tractor was in warranty. after giving me the run around my tractor is not in warranty,If you are going to buy a Lawn Tractor do not buy from Tractor Supply and do not buy from Cub Cadet. I am so disappointed in this Tractor. CUB CADET DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT.
