Large store with a fair amount of great prices and solid deals. Rakes, gloves, fishing equipment, guns, ammo and lots of outdoor stuff. Much like a survivalist store and I will be going back again. Today I had a free bag of popcorn while I browsed the store. Where else can I buy a large bag of dogfood at a discount price?

Location in Beckley is much better. I had a over 2.5/hr wait to buy a 22lr rifle, took 1.5/hr to even been seen, numerous complaints, noisy and loud. Somehow the person in charge of it allowed two people who stunk of dope to buy two cheap throwaway sccy 9mm's, definitely will end up in the river within a month i'm sure, blatantly lying on 4473s ignored, very little gun safety or responsibility in this store. Won't be back, will not be surprised to hear the ATF getting involved.pop corn was fresh however

I love this place! Fresh popcorn, free to the public, is the smell coming in the door. I buy my different nuts I bake with here. I also like their maple syrup and jelliesLots of Christmas gift ideas and decorations too. My husband loves their jeans and shirts.

When first opened it was great place to shop prices were pretty low but they have went through the roof for cheap products and this was before Covid . Be sure to check your price because nothing is as it is posted .

Great store for animal feed, farm stuff. Also has a nice little section to get Amish goods, old timey candies, clothes, tools. A little bit of everything. Only downfall is if you call to ask a question you are on hold for a long time. Last time I called I was on hold for 22 minutes before I got frustrated and hung up.

Great store to shop with a lot of options to look at and purchase, they offer complimentary coffee and popcorn while you shop, and their pet friendly. They are reasonably priced and friendly! They have household decor, gun dept., clothing and shoes, animal feed, animal supplies, tools, swimming pool supplies, farm fencing supplies, lawn and garden items including flowers etc. Farm equipment & farm equipment repair needs,household items, they even offer live animals section to be able to pick and purchase with help of a sales associate of ducklings, baby chicks, baby turkeys, baby guineas, and rabbits that you can add to your family! They have just about anything anyone would ever want to look at here. They offer assistance in loading items if needed which is always a plus in heavy item purchases. You can even order online and pickup if you'd rather do that, its simple to do as well!

Nothing had a price on it anything I was interested in had no price then had to hunt down an associate to get a price or take to front end and at 64 years of age and had cancer could not do all that walking was all I could to walk it once don.t no if I will ever be back !!!!

We love visiting this store. The staff are always polite and helpful, and it's rare that what I'm looking for isn't in stock. There aren't any RK where my brother lives, so every time he visits, this is at the top of his "let's go to" list.

We purchased a new mower in 2022. A year later it broke down. We brought it into the shop in May 2023 & have been given the run around from day 1. The mechanic can’t give us a definite answer as to what is going on. All they say, is that a “part” has been ordered. No information, no tracking #, no details. Management has not responded to us either. We have contacted corporate & the BBB.

Such an amazing place to visit. While the rest of the mall looks dead and lifeless, the staff and live animal atmosphere bring things to life. My boys love seeing all the baby birds and bunnies.

It's a real shame that 99% of the employees there are great and just a couple can be so rude and childish. great store manager and assistant managers. hope all the corruption is gone now. nobody else gets away with sleeping with her bf on the property and gets away with it other the administrator of course. lol.

Great selection of animal feed. The coffee and popcorn is a nice bonus. However, they seem to just throw items in with items on sale. Then they won't honor the price of the items you found in the sale bin. Several items were ringing up wrong so they need to do better with the pricing and location of sale items.

Loved it! Staff was very nice and the store was huge. Found many deals and daughter loved to see the baby chick's they offered. I also visited the gun counter and the gentlemen there was very knowledgeable and was happy to show me any gun i was interested in and explain it in full detail. I Absolutely Loved the location also and even did a little shopping in the mall which is connected directly to the store, before returning back and leaving for the evening. Would definitely recommend for a fun evening, or just a quick farm run.

Love going there, we had a return and even though we didn't have a receipt and the item wasn't available anymore the Manger worked with us to substitute.The other employees in customer service do need more training, they were not so pleasant.Pretty much anything you might need at good prices.
