I absolutely love Hobby Lobby! The prices on some things are amazing. While on other items, you are kind of left wondering, "why is this so much"? Great place to buy miniatures as I am a collector. Planner stickers and supplies, on point. All in all, I love the joint.

Didn't have the cup ⛓️ chain I needed . I was told they did on phone I got there a different story. Last Saturday the girl working with Light Blonde hair wouldn't even help me. Mercer Mall location. I have a broken knee & can't hardly walk . I just needed a little help. They was dead. I ask her 3 different times. I almost fell because my body begin to get week. I can't believe she treated me this way. I'm a good customer. I attend life line church. Wanted to start a Jewelry Business making home made Jewelry that would bring the store alot of business. I want be back. I'm 45 and was in a bad car wreck just wanted to do some stuff to keep my mind off 📴 of things. She seen I needed help. I ask for a wheel chair when I come in she told me they didn't have any but they did right around the side. I've never been to that location never seen the girl in my life to be treated the way she treated me. I was early that morning morning . Too look at her she was a very beautiful woman around 30 with light colored hair. Skinny but her attitude was very well. I hope she doesn't continue to treat customers that way. She even use to make the sabika jewelry like I'm trying too make she told me rudely.

I absolutely hate going here, it's like visiting a drug dealer that has coupons and sales. I come out poor, high, and filled with shame and regret every single time. The DEA needs to add them to their list next to marijuana dispenseries. IMHO, 40% off coupons should be a Schedule I narcotic, as they are the gateway drug that leaves you cold, shivering and alone curled up next to your paper cutter and packages of scrapbook paper trying to figure out how you let it get this bad. Is there a 12-step program for this? Is there?

I really like the merchandise. Would have given 4 stars, but not one of the cashiers have been friendly. A smile goes a long way. I have purchased several larger pieces of furniture there, and when I needed assistance loading them, they act as if it's a burden. Not how to treat your seniors. The young man who helped us load the furniture was pleasant.
