Great tools, wonderful selection at Pre-Biden prices!!! I have not seen much in regards to price increases at this wonderful store. Glad to have a wide selection of tools for any need. I was surprised to see the large selection of safes in stock. It's a trip worth taking to save money on tools. What more could you want?

Sour employee at the checkout! Why do people take jobs they either hate? Or they just hate people and should not be in the service industry!!! She had a additude about her ( Get what you want pay for it and get out!!! Don't talk to me!) I am seeing this a lot nowadays jobs are supposed to be hard to find today but yet the put people between the customers and the company without hesitation. What Is this world coming to? The only other reason for her additude would be I wasn't a local with the correct accent for the area? I hate thinking that but it still does happen today (Unfortunately)

Tools by the pound! Wait kilos; they use kilos in China! All joking aside, Harbor Freight is always a great place to grab some tools. Their tool boxes and cabinets are improving and very nice now. And can’t complain about the low prices!

Good assortment of tools for me. They had a fairly priced entry level paint gun for me to use on hobbies. Got a pretty nice tool chest from here with a coupon for under $200 as well.

This is my go to place for my tools that are not used very often. by that I mean lets say I need a angle grinder for a project but might not use again for several years. I don't see a need to go drop 150 dollars when I can get one here for 40. The store is always clean and well layed out. I can always find what I'm looking for and be on my way within ten minutes or so. Staff here are top notch always eager to help with anything you might need. prices and sales cant be beat. Large selection of tools at good prices, some are good quality and some are not, but with the warranties they offer it’s no problem. If you don’t use tools but for the occasional repair here and there then they’ll last a while but being used everyday they may not hold up.

Some people talk down about harbor freight and the quality of the products. I have yet to purchase an item, after reviewing the products,that have given me a problem or not worked to my satisfaction. This and along with very friendly staff who are welcoming and ready to help in any way keeps me coming back to the bluefield location. Keep up the good work.

Obvious $10 coupon missed on am item I asked about a coupon for. I also didn't receive a 20% discount on my most expensive item. I paid at 15 dollars too much. Very bad technology and approach to baiting in customers!

Cheap tools at cheap prices. I like their stuff because let's be honest no one wants to spend 700 dollars for a 48 volt DeWalt Pneumatic Stapler to hang Christmas lights when you can get a $1.99 Arrow compatible stapler that you can also throw at the neighbors dog from a 30 foot ladder. Also, their electric flyswatter badminton rackets are not in the sporting goods.

Lots of the same items in different places all over the store. Great cashier. Found mostly all that we wanted. Love the coupons and the free lights.
