Its clean but boy is it cluttered theres 5, 10 carts all over the store with stock that isnt put out. Everytime we go theres one worker and hes stretched very thin nice guy, offers help when needed overall nice guy.

This time last year I left a negative energy wave inside this store. I come in her knowing that it has become set free where this is a special place too visit. Dollar General in Bluefield WV will be a the first place that will feel the truth and let go of the past. #mind

This Dollar General store has nice things, and groceries, if you can get through the isles to get to it. They don't even have a bathroom for the shoppers, because the key is always inside the bathroom locked in there where nobody can get in, and the manager, and employees won't do anything about it to get it open, and I'm sure they can. That store needs some friendly employees, and helpful to the customers.

💚💙 this Dollar General. It's always usually neat, clean. Thier staff is super Nice and Helpful. They get to know the local everyday customers and make them feel welcome in the store. Love the Dollar General App also....VERY HELPFUL W/ cart calculator and all the different coupons they have at any given time ALWAYS saves me MONEY!!!

Seems like everytime I go there, they are temporarily closed. I went there yesterday, cars in the parking lot, lights on in the store, like people were in there shopping. Doors locked with a sign on the window, Temporarily closed. It has happened a few times to me like that, recently.

This store is always cluttered, it's hard to get through the isles. Sometimes it's a very long wait, one cashier but several people working. The store employees always seem unhappy and unwilling to to help or be friendly. I have been there several times over the past few years and it's always the same.

Love these stores, no mater what city we visit we can always count on that the stores are clean and the shelves are stocked, the service is always great; they are very knowledgeable about their stores and can answer any questions you might have.The Cumberland Road, Bluefield,WV and Bluefield Ave, Bluefield,VA, stores... It just agitating when I am told all digital coupons will apply and they didn't... But the staff is really helpful and she did help me... I am in this store at least once, twice a week it is closer to home and it's mostly organized and has a very helpful staff...

Wow lol I went to sleep one night and when I woke up Dollar Generals is everywhere and the employees are friendly and ask if they can help you find anything BUT SAD TO SAY THE DOLLAR GENERAL ON CUMBERLAND ROAD THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDD I TRIED TO RETURN A PHONE THAT I BOUGHT THERE AND I HAD THE RECEIPT AND WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET A REFOUND THEY WAS SO Rudd WITH ME THEY TOLD ME AND MY WIFE THAT WE WASN'T ALOUD BACK IN DOLLAR GENERAL STORE'S SO IF ONE WANT GOOD FRIENDLY SERVICES GO TO ANY OF THE OTHER STORE'S ONE SHOULD BE OKAY

Best DG in the surrounding area! No other DG has the welcoming environment and consistent customer service behind the counter that greet you with a sincere friendliness in the form of a smile or a verbal pleasantry. The management at any business is responsible for the comradely amongst those he/she has handpicked to surround themselves with and whomever this individual is, has that concept perfected. A true lol leader knows that if you take care of your people, they will take care of you and your store! I'll choose to spend my $ here and continue to support this business!

Employee and manager had no clue how to do coupons. Additionally, both were extremely rude about not knowing how to do coupons. The fact that this store just remodeled and supposedly new employees customer service should've existed. I'll shop elsewhere.

The employees seem to send more time in the parking lot than they do in the store. Everytime I've been here there will be people backed up in line while the employee is outside talking to their lovers? Friends? Not sure, but they like being outside.

It's not a bad place to have a picknick but restroom are a walk from some areas of your handicap it's and incovinch or my be impossible for some without help but a nice area not to impressed with the fishing you have to pay 3 dollars for all day witch yust to be 50 cents to do

If i could give it a zero, I would. The workers are very inappropriate. The parking lot is not easily accessible. The check put counter is awkward. The neighborhood is shady.
