Location extremely rundown, a total embarrassment for the corporation, the company should be ashamed of such a location bearing its name. Staff is good, but overworked, pictures are below, location is not safe at night, would advise to use very sparingly and only if every CVS is closed in your general area.

I started using Brushfork location as my G’pts I cared for at the time did and the Tazewell location I had been with for like 8 yrs got a very rude and nasty pharmacy manager. This location in Brushfork has never been anything but super nice, helpful and just all around professional.

Love the drive thru and the staff, they don't honor gold rx prices though and they are pricey on some medications.

Have used this CVS for about 10 years. Whether I use the window or go in the store the employees are always so nice.

This is a pharmacy and store you drop off your prescriptions they will say it will be 45 minutes in 45 minutes when you go back they say its going to be another 30 minutes or so ahhhh so frustrating especially when you are sick
