This business has been open for many, many years and when it became a 7-11 it became a disappointment. The gas pumps rarely work and the card readers never do. It's ridiculous that this place has become such an embarrassment to our small community. I hope corporate takes a hard look at what's going on.

Came to this store today with my 12 year old son and the 2 cashiers felt it necessary to threaten him while we were at the checkout! When i corrected the child about appropriate business etiquette they got rude with me.

I like this place some staff aren't so great but for thr most part of the staff they are nice people

I came to this store on one of the most busy days of the week and what should have been the best time for the stores professional appearance to the abundance of customers attending the football game across the highway at Clay-Battelle High School. Instead the store was showing its lack of leadership and knowledge of the employees from all 3 shifts throughout the day. All the trash cans were completely full with no room for the customers trash coming from the game. The gas pumps looked like they haven't been cleaned or sanitized for months, harboring germs from all the "Out of Towner's" plus everyday locals. There was no hand sanitizer available at the pumps to rid the germs and viruses either. The window washer fluid boxes were completely dry with only 1 squeegee for 4 pumps. The paper towel dispenser were completely empty also. Service inside was very slow with only 1 employee on duty trying to cook, count end of shift items, and ring out customers. I offered to fill the outside napkins if they gave me a few bundles. I was given only half a bag of Inside Napkins for the sales floor dispensers instead of outside gas pumps. Whoever is leading this unprofessional store and supposed to be training the employees clearing is slacking and doesn't care about their business standards! Many customers saw this poor store that night and I'm sure they didn't have a very good experience with the service or outside materials needing to be used!! I give this visit 0000 stars overall. The Worst convenience store in this portion of Wv.!

I want to know why after 2 years they still have the restrooms closed? WV now has buffet restaurants open and you can’t open your restroom?

During the day when they are getting deliveries here there is not enough places to pack but other than that it's a good place to stop... only place to get gas at unless you go to Fairview or Waynesburg,Pa or Morgantown
