The assistant signing everyone in said “we do not have a microscope here to look at a skin culture“. I said how about some advice? No, sorry he said.Anybody can give vaccines how about a diagnosis? I suppose not.

Need to hire employees that can help customers with loading fence and T post outside , in a professional manner. Had 2 Employees ( an older Woman and an younger girl with Blue hair ) and they weren't experienced enough with handling the merchandise. The youngest girl was standing up on the pallet , while the forklift driver was lifting up the pallet with the roll of fence on it , to load in the truck.

What can I say! The staff is really nice. A smile and warm welcoming upon entering. Like always a great selection of everything under the sun. Found what I went in for and came out with more than I needed. HaHa.

We always have a good experience here. Each time we've looked for something it has been there. Price is not horrible but when you factor in the drive and wear on vehicle it's nice have in our small town. Staff has always been helpful and eager.

Not the same friendly store it used to be. I now avoid shopping here, unless I absolutely have to. Very disappointing. I had given them a five star review a few years ago, but recently changed it.

Always my pit bull Precious favorite place to go! She gets treated like a queen-size complete with her own fan club and people asking to take her picture! Great place to buy her dog food and our cat food and kitty litter as well.

I had the best customer service. Mark was fanstastic. He was so kind and went out if his way to look for a kayak I was searching for. He was kind and friendly and I know I am a loyal customer because of the great service!!

Fantastic; an branch of one if my favorite stores close to my home in WVa!Store is clean, well organized, well stocked w what we were looking for, and dont have to drive an additional 1/2 hour to another store to get our necessities: we'll be back!

We just love our new Tractor Supply! So glad Berleley Springs were able to get it here. When we take the dogs in everyone is so nice to them. Plus the employees are so helpful. Thank y'all for being so wonderful

I went into tractor supply looking for a specific ant repellent that I had bought last year at another store in another town but they didn't sell it,but that was ok I like looking around at the yard ornaments that they sell. Win win 😊

I just called this location to ask a simple question && a little rude didn't want to be bothered. Was hoping for a nice friendly TSC location to start shopping at after I move. This was the one that is located closest to my new address. Maybe I'll try location ##2

Decent store. Sold me 10 bantams that I was told were guineas. I am now stuck trying to get rid of 5 rooters. Also bought dog food once that had chunks of mold all through it. Do your research when you buy birds from them.

Staff is always very kind when we visit. You can bring your puppies in for a visit too. Also found out the dog food I usually buy from Petsmart is cheaper here which is fantastic

I’m giving the Berkeley springs tractor supply a 5 star because the employee hunter and tammi is very nice and they helped worked on my vehicle to get it to start only if they had more employees like tammi and hunter

Whether you call or come in to this location, you get super friendly and helpful service. It's a bit smaller than some other locations, but the service more than makes up for it!

We picked up ice melt for the driveway. Corn for deer. And bird seed for the birds. The people are always very friendly, very helpful. They always put what I buy in the van for me.
