It would be quite nice if Sheetz turned the outdoor music down by at least 50% at each of their locations, but at this location in particular, it seems to me to be completely unnecessary to be blasted by aggressively bombastic music in the middle of the night. Is it really necessary to promote your young, hip, party atmosphere to the deer and all other nocturnal wildlife a quarter of a mile away? We're happy to have Sheetz in our community and they have been good community partners. They certainly provide adequate services for traveling families and groups of bikers, etc. I can even overlook the mountains of trash spread around the countryside that is generated by such a place. However, the shock to the senses of a midnight rock concert in the middle of "wild and wonderful" West "by God" Virginia seems particularly unjustified, in my opinion. But maybe I am just over sensitive.UPDATE: Over that last several months we have noticed that the outdoor gas station music has been set at a much more reasonable level, and hasn't been echoing through the valley at night. THANK YOU.2024 UPDATE: The free midnight outdoor rock concerts ARE BACK, for anyone who is interested in that sort of thing.

Going downhill fast , stuff isxalways broken ...staff is ehh..to say the least and they took away the leave a penny tray I guess we don't help each other out anymore. What if a mother needs formula and needs a few pennies to keep or make a dollar so she can buy diapers formula or food for the week...nope sheetz doesn't care every sheetz store from berkeley to I 340 and Martinsburg is lacking in a big way.

Alice was so sweet and kind to my kids and I. She took a moment while cleaning and asked how our day was. Not many people do that anymore but she did! She was kind to my little ones and made it a really special stop! Store was neat and well organized.The only suggestion for the Berkeley Springs Sheets would to please change the faucet in the women’s restroom as the sensor doesn’t work well and turns on but only enough for a few drops (a normal faucet would be great too).

Nicest employees and locals. They Always speak and have some kind words even at 4 am in the morning. I routinely stop here on my way to/from Cleveland traveling from Virginia. I actually look forward and make this stop a must; they always make me happy as this is the America I know and supported for 32 years as a retired military member. I wish Berkley Springs and Sheetz could spread the kindness or share the secret sauce across America. Recently stopped here going to and from Ohio with a bus load of senior travelers (42) all together. I called and let the manager know we coming in and they welcomed us and thank us for coming through! They were very fast and super friendly! I will definitely be stopping here again when my travels take me in this direction!

Absolutely terrible breakfast sandwich. Was made wrong the first time, so they took it from me to pitch it, to make a new one where the sausage egg and cheese were not touching but separated from each other by cold vegetables. Yes I added the vegetables but does anyone not want the cheese melted on the egg? Resulted in a sloppy rather disgusting sandwich made by disgruntled staff that acted like the mistake with the first sandwich was my fault.

My usual stop on my way through to get my supply of sweet tea. The staff members are super nice and very helpful, I stopped in last week for my usual supply only to find that it hadn't had the sugar added yet, so I asked the young lady at the counter about how long it might be until someone could finish making the sweet tea and she jumped right to it!! I could have hugged her, if not for social distancing!! Great job at this location!!

I always love a Sheetz. I have never been to one and had a bad experience. I have always been able to gas up my car quickly, and prices are usually competitive with other places in the area. The bathrooms are always clean. My personal favorite is the food, which is what I miss the most about Sheetz since there are none this far south. Even when I have to wait a little for the food, it is always so delicious. Worth it every time.

Only reason I am giving a 3 star instead of 1 is because for the last 2 years I have never had a problem with this store until tonight. For 2 years my husband and I have been going here every day. Whether it is for food, gas, drinks, etc. Tonight I went in and ordered him nachos and a bucket of curly fries. After getting home and him opening the bag to eat his fries, we notice it is a bucket of regular fries. The only reason I did not check before leaving the store is because we have never had our food orders messed up. But, I took the bag of incorrect fries back to the store to get it corrected. The major issue here is, Mary, the lady working the register, her attitude towards me was absolutely disgusting. I went in and told her what happened and showed her the fries. She immediately gave me an attitude. Along with that, she consistently had a smirk on her face. And proceeded to tell me that they had 20 orders come in at the same time and that was the reason it was wrong. She had also told me that next time, I should call instead and they will correct it the next time I come in. No. My husband wanted what was ordered. So of course I did not call. I went back for it to be corrected. Which shouldn't have needed corrected in the first place. But I understand mistakes happen. Myself being a customer service manager, if an associate of mine treated a customer the way Mary treated me tonight, with the attitude, the smirking and then rolling her eyes as she turned around, they would receive a displinary action on the spot. And of course, they did not have a manager on duty so I was unable to express myself to anyone. But I definitely will tomorrow when I go in there. I don't care how busy they were this evening, the way Mary acted was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for.

This is a very convenient place to stop and grab some food. The food is over priced for the quality and quantity. The staff is always wonderful and the building is always clean and well stocked. My only complaint would be the price and the quality / quantity of food.

Over 30 minutes for a couple hot dogs, fries, and fish sandwich, are you kidding me?? Store wasn’t busy at all, sad part was the guy in front of me that waited about as long just for mozzarella sticks. For a new store it’s kinda dirty and their customer service sucks. Glad I don’t live in the area, I’d be pissed if I had to come here on a regular basis.

I've stopped at this Sheetz multiple times over the past several years. They always have good premade sandwiches and great coffee. They also have very good MTO sandwiches. I'm sure I'll be stopping again the next time I'm driving through Berkeley Springs.

I LOVE SHEETZ!! It's my favorite store on the planet....I go here as much as possible, I can't say it enough, I love it...got made 2 order food and drinks! I always get a large lower sugar caramel & vanilla frozen latte....and turkey wrap with provolone cheese, extra mayo, pickles, black olives, and bacon....n sometimes I get lettuce. Although they have many other awesome foods and drinks! I haven't been disappointed yet and I go here all the time!! Love how u can use the card and get points for free stuff! The higher up u go from fan...to friend....to freak....the more items u unlock. Of course I'm a sheetz freak cuz like I said I love it!!!

I love Sheetz and this one specifically is awesome. It's a Super Sheetz. Has Tesla charging stations, a drive thru, and brushless car wash. There is always helpful staff and clean restrooms. I love this Sheetz.

Nicely located in Berkeley Springs and is clean and overall a good place to stop but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because it would be even nicer if it had a drive- thru like other Sheetz locations.

I love SHEETZ. Always friendly people and friendly service. I love their food and drink selection... Amazing! I love being able to go in there and order off the touch screen menus. It's really exciting! Sheetz gas is usually good priced as well. I love how fast and prompt they are about completing your order. It makes everything so much better and easier. SHEETZ is one of my favorite places to go.
