Delicious soft serve, great prices, and amazing view. The soft serve ice cream is some of the best. The mudslide sundae was great and children loved their kid's cup with sprinkles. Great farm/country/mountain views. One piece of advice...don't get a dipped cone when it's high 80's unless you can eat the whole thing in about 2 minutes ;)

Soft serve ice cream with many flavor combinations and toppings available. I got the Reese Cup Delight, which was pretty good. Picnic tables with umbrellas for sitting.

The BEST ice cream in Morgan County! The best quality, best varieties between things you can get w/ flavors galore & the best prices around! We are quite spoiled & visit on avg 3x a wk since we live within a very short drive of here. I can't say enough how much we love having our desserts from here! They have picnic tables to sit & enjoy your ice cream,a grassy area for kids & pets to run,play about. Everyone is always friendly. You can eat in your car or if you're close like us, you can enjoy it at home. After supper/dinner time (7pm-9pm) seems to be the busiest times but even then the line moves quickly.

Amazing.My boyfriend talked highly of them and we kept tabs on when they opened so he could take me!I LOVE a good soft serve and everything we've gotten lately has been absolutely delicious! Shaved ice, flavor bursts, pap dreams, milkshakes, all of it!My favorite has definitely been the black raspberry that they had to swirl with the vanilla!!

Pap's Dairy Dreams is unassuming but don't you dare judge a book by its cover as my whole family was very surprised by the quality of this place. We are visiting from Pittsburgh and have Page's Dairy Mart so we compare all other soft serve places to them. We all agreed Pap's gives them a run for their money and I personally much prefer the banana split here. I got the small but it's anything but. Infact, it's probably the best banana split I've ever had in my life. This was a big hit with us, especially on a 85 degree day in April.

This was our first time stopping by here. Line moves along fairly quickly. They have an extensive choice from snowballs, sundaes, milkshakes, cones, cups. ..It is a great location for people living out near Silica or the hospital.Lots of seating and parking for about 8 vehicles.We were not personally impressed by the taste of the soft serve and probably will not go back.I would say to expect to spend about $4 a person.

We visit at least once a week while open. We even have bought extra large cups of swirl for freezer. Their ice cream stays great in home freezer too. I love this place! The location is amazing right in the middle of neighborhood.

The absolute best ice cream and shakes near Berkeley Springs. Don't let the map fool you. While off the beaten path, it is definitely worth the adventure. Great outside seating if you want to eat there. The menu is intense!

Great ice cream, fun treats, great service all in a beautiful setting. First time to Paps Dairy Dreams and we are hooked. Will def. go back for more. Had cones with sprinkles and they were amazing. Our son had an earthworm sundae - he loved it. Will try one of their more creative treats on the next visit. If the weather is good, plan to sit outside at one of their nicely spaced-out picnic tables and enjoy the view.

This place is pur favorite place to get ice cream. It is put in the middle of nowhere but it is definitely worth the trip out. The ice cream quality is superior to other place we have been. They have a huge menu to chose from. Lots of seating with a great view

Pap's Dairy Dreams is the best ice cream spot in Berkeley Springs! They are affordable and the ice cream is great. Parking can be difficult at times because it is so popular but people are pretty friendly and let you in as best they can. I can't say enough good things.

I ordered the Oreo parfait and my honey ordered the strawberry cheesecake sundae! Worth every penny!! Totally delish!! They certainly don't hold back on the amount of cookies or cheesecake they put in them! Will definitely be back!

The ice cream as always was wonderful. Staff very friendly. The only issue was while sitting at a picnic table a yellow jacket would not leave me alone! It obviously wanted some ice cream to.

We found this little side shop for ice cream during the winter . They open for the summer months ,prices are great and the ice cream is the thickest soft serve ive ever had. Our favorites are the oreo boat,smores delight . They make there chocolate shakes with chocolate ice cream and real chocolate milk like old time parlors. Spare stopping anywhere else in Berkeley Springs . You will enjoy Paps more!😛
