In December 2022, my husband and I had a chance encounter with a couple who owned a golden doodle from Fox Creek Farms and raved about the care they took in their breeding program. We had just lost our 14-year-old dog and weren’t sure our hearts were ready but we knew the dog we met was special. We would recommend Fox Creek Farms whole-heartedly! We've never had a dog before so we excited to embark on this journey. The application process was easy. Initially, the waiting list seemed long but arrived quicker than we expected. In the interim, we visited FCF during one of their open houses where we met with Amy Lane, interacted with the breeding dogs, and was very impressed with the facilities and her program. While we waited for our puppy, FCF has LOTS of puppy preparation materials on their website (e.g. shopping lists, crate training suggestions, socialization tips, FAQs, etc.). When the day came, we felt very prepared for puppyhood. Amy was also quick to respond to any "new puppy parent" questions. Our puppy (Olive) is the BEST!

After we lost our first dog, we began looking for a breeder of mini goldendoodles that took the time to perform genetic testing on their dogs. Our first dog had been sick most of his short 7 year life, and had so many issues...we wanted a healthy dog this time and one that came from a breeder who would stand behind him and be there if an issue arose. I searched long and hard for the best breeder, and then I found Fox Creek Farm! Amy Lane truly cares about ALL her dogs..she is there within minutes via email, phone etc if I ever have a question. There is a Fox Creek Farm Owners facebook group that has over 2800 ACTIVE members who post about their doodle's milestones, achievements, questions..it's an awesome "family". Our life would not be the same without our 8 month old puppy from FCF, and we plan on getting another one from them as soon as our little guy is fully trained. (I would never go anywhere else!) Totally worth the wait on the waiting list, and also the super long drive to/from West Virginia for us. Don't waste your time with breeders that will disappear after they sell you an unhealthy dog (it's heartbreaking)..get the cutest, sweetest, most easily trained pup that is also the healthiest and has the absolute best temperament from the start!!!

The process of adopting our puppy was easy- Fox Creek was very responsive and provided a ton of educational information. It is clear they really care about their dogs and really try to place dogs in the right homes. The genetic/health testing they provide seems second to none. We've only had our puppy (kevin) for about two weeks but he assimilated into our family easily and is the most adorable puppy ever. Would definitely adopt again from Fox Creek when we get our second puppy.

Edited as we just brought home our second FCF doodle, Paisley, in February 2022. Again, the entire process was amazing! Amy/Kelsey always answered questions quickly and have followed up since Paisley has been home. Paisley and Archie get along amazingly and I believe that is because of how responsibly they were bred and taken care of from birth. The temperament of both pups is truly something that I stay in awe of daily..... I cannot say enough about Amy Lane and Kelsey Painter of Fox Creek Farm. I have three dogs from Fox Creek Farm Goldendoodles. Ginger is 13, Skipper is 9, and Jazz is 4. I purchased Ginger and Skipper and got Jazz through Amy's guardian dog program. I bought my puppy from Fox Creek Farm in 2014. It was the best decision I ever made. His name is Jesse. I told Amy I was going to use him as a therapy dog and a read assistant dog. Amy chose the perfect puppy for me. We visit two nursing homes a week and go to the library and read nights for children to read to him.These dogs are so smart and easy to train. Amy is the most responsible breeder I have ever met. She make sure her puppies are healthy and supplies the new owner with many detailed instructions about care.I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Amy is an expert breeder who truly cares about her dogs’ happiness and health. I did a LOT of research on goldendoodle breeders, all recommended, and decided on her for many reasons. She will actually let you visit her farm and meet her and her dogs. Others I spoke to expected a check in the mail and to send you a dog without letting you see their operation! As first time dog owners, we couldn’t be happier. Amy gives you every detail of what to do to get started caring for your new puppy. The wait is worth it. We had to pass on two puppies we were offered because we couldn’t make the pick up date, and as promised we were then at the top of the list. She matches your family to a puppy based on the personality type you want and she was spot on for us. Wrigley is the perfect dog for us, funny and smart, and energetic but not overly so. We were searching for a reputable breeder for a Goldendoodle and were referred to Fox Creek Farm by a co-worker. They also came highly recommended by a few friends. Fox Creek Farm is a great breeder with very knowledgeable staff. They're a little more expensive than other breeders, but it worth the extra expense considering the testing and precautions they take on puppies that will become part of someone's family for 10-15 years.

We got a puppy from Fox Creek Farms in March. We have had her almost five months now. We had a great experience with Fox Creek Farms and absolutely love our puppy. Everyone at Fox Creek was very professional and helpful. You can tell that they truly love dogs and that there business is not just about profit. They also really care about making sure that the dog is the right fit for your family so they don't just hand you one and say good luck! They ask questions about your household, your children, what kind of temperment would best suit your family, etc.. We are thankful for their efforts to match us with the right dog because so far, everything has been great. Amy Lane breeds healthy loving dogs. She places her female and male breeding dogs in guardian homes so they are raised with loving families and not in kennels. She doesn’t over breed her female dogs like most breeders. She asks her customers to describe the type of dog they want and does a fantastic job matching up puppies to owners. After visiting Amy and talking to her about her breeding philosophy and seeing the environment she provides for her dogs, we knew we wanted a dog from Fox Creek Farms!We have 2 beautiful dogs. We recently purchased a golden doodle from Fox Creek Farms and we are extremely happy with our puppy and the entire Fox Creek process. We learned about FCF from the GANA website. We wanted to ensure that we got a puppy from a certified breeder especially with the current popularity of golden doodles and labradoodles. We attended an FCF "open house" and were greatly impressed with FCF's dogs, the cleanliness of their facility and their entire breeding/puppy development process.When we were selected to receive a puppy from a recently born litter we were delighted. We picked our puppy up about a week ago and she has been great. We are certain she is going to be a wonderful addition to our family with many years of companionship and love ahead.Fox Creek is about 3 hours from our house. Even given that distance we would do the process all over again if we were in the market for a golden doodle. Our first Fox Creek Farm baby turned 9 last week. Amy Lane does not just provide a pup and then off you go, you join the FCF family as any owner would attest. Amy is always there for advice (even after 9 years) and the occasional request for information on your pup that feeds into her breeding program is what you would expect from a dedicated breeder. I decided to go with FCF because my sister and niece have Goldendoodles from them and they are the most gorgeous, sweet and loving dogs. I got my standard doodle, Herbie, in January 2016 and life was never the same. His Dad is the same as my sister and nieces dogs.
