This quaint cafe has incredible food, a stylish atmosphere, and excellent service. We stopped in for breakfast on a recent visit to Berkeley Springs and were really blown away by how good the food was. Everything is made from scratch, even the donuts - which came in several mouth-watering varieties including Chocolate Guinness (in honor of St. Patrick's Day!) The menu features lots of healthy options and plenty of choices for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The breakfast veggie bowl was one of the next breakfast dishes I've ever ordered! Kids and grownups were all happy! We will be back for sure!

We stopped for breakfast but since it was 11, half of our party opted for lunch. Everything was delicious and piping hot. From the Monte Cristo to the Build Your Own Scramble Bowl to the Cuban sandwich. The onion rings were the best we'd ever had! I highly recommend a stop if you're in the area and hungry. Oh, and grab a chocolate croissant to go!

Everything was amazing! Service by Tailyn was excellent, she was friendly and gave great recommendations. The food came so quickly and was delicious. We all became members of the clean plate club, highly recommend! Lovely little tucked away cafe in Berkeley springs. We ordered the upside down burger breakfast bowls, and finished of with the chocolate chip peanut butter pancakes. We recommend sharing the latter as they were pretty big.We had two small dogs with us and they kindly showed us to their outdoor patio and brought them some water.Kind and friendly and helpful staff. Recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Charlotte's Cafe is a cute, tiny establishment located along the road. We stopped by chance and ordered a delicious meal that was out in about 15 minutes. I ordered the Vegetarian Scramble which was flavorful and loaded with cooked vegetables. My friend ordered the Philly sub with fries, equally as good. I would come back here again and recommend visiting!Parking: The parking was a bit limited due to the small size of the building.

Clean, welcoming, busy local diner. Great cob salad, 🍔, differant slaw was good, Philly 🧀 steak w/tots was good, monte chisto w/fresh cut 🍟, fries were fantastic, all served w/pickle slice was good, cinabun w/glaze topped w/pecan was 👍. Wait to be seated, friendly kind prompt & attentive waitress. Traveling thru & bellies were full.

Cute cafe with generously sized, tasty meals. I had the banana bread French toast. I recommend asking for fresh banana slices on top. It was a rich breakfast. Soft and warm on the inside and crispy on the outside. Service was perfect! Highly recommend.Update: visited a second time. Same server - Laken - was excellent. She anticipated our needs perfectly. She kept the line at the door short (no more than a 5 minute wait) but never rushed customers who were dining. Magic.

This restaurant/cafe is outstanding! Everything is homemade and from scratch and use local farmers. I recommend everything on the menu, try everything at least once, your taste buds will thank you. Great chefs, and amazing staff from kitchen to dining staff and hosts hospitality! The grilled cheese is to die for!!!! My favorite place!!!!! ❤️

I can’t give a glowing enough review! On our recent weekend in Berkley Springs we ate there for lunch and brunch in separate days. All of us were so happy with our sandwiches at lunch especially the montecristo. Brunch was equally as delicious. All the staff are so friendly and efficient. Don’t visit Berkley Springs without a meal there!

First place i ever stopped in Berkeley Springs and we just stopped here on a little whim. We were immediately greeted with kindness. We were on the road and not able to sit down for a meal but got some coffee and donuts. They were amazing!Lastly dont get me started on the Banana bread. Freshly baked banana bread melted in my mouth. It was absolutely incredible. We will definately be back again. Thank you to the waitress who took care of us so quickly. Amazing food and service.

The food was was really good. They make some good chili that has a little bit of a kick to it. I liked it. The portions were excellent for the price. This was the first time we visited Charlotte's and we'll be back. Tailyn was our server and she did an excellent job.

Such a friendly atmosphere and very friendly staff! The food was very delicious and the menu options are unique and creative! Definitely a good variety to choose from and breakfast all day! Kayla was our server and she was full of energy and made sure our visit was great! Definitely a great place with great options, and you won’t regret stopping in! Tailyn was also very friendly and made sure every customer who came in was taken care of!

I was visiting the area and stopped in here for lunch outside on this lovely Thursday afternoon. The food was good, inexpensive and pretty quick to boot. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries, a cupcake and a cookie. There is parking at the restaurant and lots of shops nearby too.

We stopped on a whim while driving through. They were obviously more crowded than they expected but their service was still amazing and the food was delicious! We got way too much food. Enough for left overs for dinner when we got home. You can tell everything is home made (especially the chili and fries!) We'll definitely stop when we pass through again.
