I only give 3 stars because you can find soooo many items there. Tobacco, liquor, food...fresh deli or normal shelf items, newspapers, etc. The other missing stars are contributed to the price gouging. And (maybe a personal experience) somewhat rude service nearly every time I'm a customer there.

I would much rather stop here for as much of our groceries as possible. They are always well stocked, helpful, friendly, and have some cute gift ideas and usable items that you may not get at a standard Market setting. These plaid umbrellas were only $5.99...adorable and affordable. Thank you for always being so considerate and well maintained.

This place was nice. This was the first time I have ever been in there before so I do not know much about it. My Daughter and Grandson love in Belington and I took my Grandson to pick up a few things that he wanted. So I didn't really look around much. It was clean, well stocked for what I saw. I do know their prices are higher but that is normal for Shop n Dave's all of the one's I have been to have been moor costly, that is just that type of store.

Shop and Save and Price Cutters are the same. I like the selection of deli items and specialty canned items, like Italian foods. Check out the 5 for $25 specials. Im they have a great beer selection. Groceries are more expensive then Kroger.

Philippi doesn't know how to wash there hands in deli shouldn't have to tell them to wash there hands and wipe down slicers

This supermarket,,, has just about everything,, good deli,,, and they even have a small menu at the deli,,, good selection of bread,,, and excellent supply of frozen items,,,,The checkout might be slow at times,,, but it is a small footprint store in a small town.... most of the times it is very quick,,,A large tobacco section,,,, with even a fair alcohol selection

I like shopping at shop and save, close to home, open early, and I can get my shopping done before others are still having their coffee. I work 3rd shift and shop right after I get off work at 7:30am. The prices are a little high but everything is now a day.

Chicken tinders are the best things I’ve ever eat 10/10 would recommend! Don’t know about the other food but I have had there sandwiches as well and they are also very delicious. Employees are very friendly.

Rude employees, out of date food, and outrageous prices. I def prefer the Philippi Shop n Save. The cutsomer care and food quality of the one in Belington is being repair. It should be shut down and all the employees should be fired

I am usually able to get the things I need although I can get it quite a bit cheaper at other places but it's a decent place to get meats and they usually do have a good price on milk and eggs.
