Dropped off prescription after surgery. They told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half to get it filled. After 2 hours and 15 minutes and checking for the third time they told me it would be about twenty more minutes before it would be ready.

I went in to pick up my stuff from fed ex and the manager Susie or Susan was yelling at her employees and degrading them in a manner that made me truly embarrassed to think she is allowed to be a manager. No one should treat their staff that way. They were all super delightful and kind except that manager.

Is sad when there is no solution to a problemI had a confirmed appointment at this location for a vaccine and when aI arrive the first thing I was told was that they don't have it to go somewhere like a doctors office as I was asking the pharmacist why would it allow me to make an appointment and confirm it to come all the way to this location on my busy daily schedule the pharmacist rudely stated back to me ( regardless of the appointment we don't have it ) and turned her back on me.That behavior is not professional or what Walgreens stands as I've been using Walgreens for a long time and this is the first time I have ever encountered a problem like this.Why guide me to an doctors office ?Or Be rude about the situation ?

Dropped off a prescription on Tuesday. Told it would be ready in 2 hours. Come back Wednesday was told it was ready give them 15 minutes, come back Thursday they said it would be ready in an hour come back Friday and it's still not ready. This place is ridiculous. It has been 15 minutes on Friday and still haven't been called up.

Unfortunately there's not an option to rate this pharmacy with negative stars. I normally avoid going here because a couple of female employees are rude and have an attitude. Stopped in there today to get meds and the pharmacist acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job , didn't have anything to say and practically threw my change at me . If your job makes you miserable find one somewhere else

I love the Pharmacist. Have always received great customer service from the staff until today. An employee answered my call. Her name is Erica. It was like speaking with an unfeeling computer. No emotion whatsoever. Very robotic. I found out it is the "Call Center" that took my call. She gave bad advice. Make sure you're dealing with the ACTUAL store employees. They are fantastic! Love this Walgreens. Highly recommended.

They always see me and remember me and go out of their way to get me taken care of and out the door and since I have to come 2 times a month I truly appreciate it. The shorter blond lady always always treats me great and Jodi is a great pharmacist

The tech I spoke with yesterday at the actual store was quiet the smartellic! & rude! The whole problem was, bc she's apparently not educated enough to recognize the generic name. Unlike most techs! Never had a problem with this in the past. Telling me I don't have a refill when in fact I still have several! Thanks to the call center confirmation today. The problem could have been prevented if she would do /know her job. Though the call center tries to downplay this techs actions when I told her that the other tech was being a smartellic. Very Unprofessional! @the Prince St. Beckley location.

I was somewhat horrified when I picked up my RX today, at the drive in window. Neither the pharmacist nor the drive in clerk were wearing masks, and both have close proximity to pills being counted out. Especially concerning since consumers coming to their indoor counter (2 while I was waiting) were not wearing masks. Fortunately, I was picking up an inhaler which I can wipe down.
