I'm a driver, and I cover most of the lower 48 states. Therefore, I need not tell you that I have eaten in many restaurants over my 49 years. So let me tell you that this place is "top shelf!" I had a great ribeye that was cooked exactly as ordered. The fried pickles were text-book, and my server was outstanding tonight! My entire meal was under $35 too.

TX SH Princeton, WVSeemed like a nice place. Service immediately got our drinks. We had no silverware. They delivered the rolls. One thing of butter. There were six of us had to wait for silverware. Brought our drinks still no silverware had to ask for those finally brought a silverware. I was observing other customers there was a table next to us It seem like nothing that they got was made correctly and they had to keep sending it back the waitress kept apologizing over and over. We finally got our food. My daughter ordered steak bites. They had gobs of pepper and spices all over them. She couldn’t even eat them. I told the waitress she just looked at me. No compensation. My husband and his father thought it was just the type of steaks they ordered blaming it on well we must not have read everything.I asked for a steak medium rare. I got a steak medium well. I thought no big deal. Lemonade out of lemons…Well, I have been on the toilet all evening.My step-daughter ate there yesterday and had chicken fingers and she was sick last night.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I WILL NOT GO BACK!

This is a must try if your in Beckley is seems to be a but more secluded and that may be why they weren't too busy but don't let that fool you the food and service were both incredible. The fries pickles had to be some of if not the best I've ever had, the jalapeño popper were HOT and the burger and sides were all top notch. Most importantly they DO NOT skimp on thier portions they load you up from appetizers to main course.

Pros first, the waitress was courteous, food was reasonably quick, and had good flavor. Cons, I ordered medium rare steak and loaded baked potato. I received medium well steak and loaded mashed potatoes. The waitress did not ask how it was. 4 jalapeño poppers were $11. And someone needs to wash the bathroom walls. 2 stars because I came to a steakhouse for a steak and the overcooked it.

Everything was amazing from the first step in the door. We were greeted promptly and seated very quickly. A server was at our table within seconds to get our drink and appetizer order. The cheese fries are always cooked perfect. Our dinner and rolls were delicious. Lindsay, our server, took very good care of us. We even had a manager, Mason, stop by and check on us. A great place for a great meal.

Had dinner here a few weeks ago. This is not generally a restaurant that I would visit but it was convenient. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Staff was probably the friendliest I've had in a long time. Service was great and timely even though there was a party of 14 ahead of us. Food was delicious, hot and more than enough. My steak was over cooked. Not what I ordered 😒. The baked potato did not have the sour cream. Only two things on my plate and both were not fixed the way I ordered. I sent the food back. I did not ask for a replacement because then everyone would be finished before me. Very disappointing 😕. My brother gave me some of his food. I was one of six people. The other five orders were fine.

So, this place was recommended by our hotel. It was in walking distance. So my husband tried it. Now pls hear me out. Walked in, and the hostess was super nice.The waitress was nice. She took our order. Now here's where it went wrong.Okay, bread took a min for us to get, which was okay.She brought our salads out. Which were goodThen here comes the disappointing part. She brought our order out. We both ordered rib eyes .. she brought out chicken plates. I looked at her and said we didn't order chicken. We ordered ribeyes. She had a puzzle looked . When she got back to get my husband's order, it was given to someone else. We had already been waiting for our order for a while. Then the potatoes had no gravey, and my food was cold.Now idk but this place needs to work on their organizing and make sure people's orders don't get mixed up and taken. It was just not a good experience

The food was good, but not fantastic adequate portions. My first sweet potato was cold, apparently due to a mix up in the kitchen. It was promptly replaced. The side we were seated on was close to the bar and one of the customers was quite vocal. I don't know if the seating on the other side was separated from the bar. They offer a 10% discount to active military and veterans with I.D.

The food and atmosphere were very good, but the staff was outstanding. Our server, Karisma, was friendly and attentive. The manager, Will, was out shoveling when we arrived. He noticed we had a long walk from the hotel next door due to excessive amounts of snow.He shoveled a path so we could return safely after dinner💕

Horrible 21st birthday. After waiting for over 25 minutes after we were told it’d be a 10 minute wait. They would not accept a paper id, or even compare it to my legitimate but expired one to confirm i was 21 to be able to enjoy my first margarita. If you aren’t going to accept paper id’s MAKE A SIGN SO OTHER’S DON’T WASTE THEIR TIME and so that they aren’t disappointed like i was. The server ignored our table, she wouldn’t take our dishes when we were finished with them, we barely managed to get a drink refilled. Oh and after stating it was my birthday, nothing was given to me for it, what restaurant doesn’t offer birthday treats? My mother’s steak was undercooked, and they rushed our food out to us, barely giving us time to eat our salads/appetizer. So yeah, thank you Texas Steakhouse, for the horrible birthday, and horrible service. 👍

When we arrived we were the only diners and they were cleaning up but they were happy to service and very friendly.The fresh rolls that they started with were nice and hot and very good.Diane had the shrimp scampi, which was very flavourful. The shrimp was cooked just right, but the pasta was a little undercooked.I had the Marshall Dillon ribeye marinated in citrus. The steak was cooked perfectly, evenly colored all the way through, and the marinade added a nice additional taste to the flavor of the meat. Thoroughly enjoyed! I'll do that one again next chance i get.Overall, it comes recommended, two thumbs up 👍 👍

Food was OK, service was stellar!Started off with the rolls and butter. The rolls were very hot and fluffy. Next came the campfire chili cheese fries. I was not a fan of the chili (could be jaded since I’m from Texas). The fries are much better without the chili. Matt Dillon ribeye for the entree arrived. There was a perfect char on the outside. The ribeye was very tender and the citrus flavor was different take. It had great flavor despite it being under cooked. Part of the steak was medium and the other part was med rare. Mashed potatoes tasted like butter, it was a little overpowering and the green beans did not have any flavor. Mixing the two made a nice balance in flavors. The beans toned down the butter flavor and I added some pepper. The real star of this visit was the service staff. They were very attentive and were working hard.

We arrived at 8:50 pm and they closed at 10:00. The parking lot was nearly empty and my better half mentioned it. We ordered drinks. I ordered a Dillon ribeye and she ordered filet mignon. My soup and her salad arrived. Then the meal. Then she asked if we wanted bread. I was surprised it hadn't arrived when the drinks came. They had started putting chairs on tables a few minutes after 9:00. I asked when the closed and she said 10:00. The ribeye was okay although it was pretty thin. Her filet was cooked a little more rare than she'd asked. It was quite tasteless. By 9:30 all the chairs were up throughout the restaurant and they were mopping near our table.Very disappointed. First and last time.

I loved our waitress. She was on point and sweet as could be. She made sure we were wonderful and she had other tables but still paid close attention to everyone’s orders and their experience. We will be returning definitely. Bad experience with this place. I ordered a meal for my friend in a nursing home on Christmas Eve through DoorDash. It was promptly delivered by dasher but most of the meal was burned. The steak, shrimp and rolls were burned. I contacted the online website asking for a portion of the meal be credited. No reply. I called the local restaurant today and ask for the manager to make a complaint and was sent to voicemail. No return call yet. Not acceptable.

Well this restaurant is rated far below than it should be! We almost did not go but saw plenty of cars in the parking lot so we took the risk. The rewards were outstanding! Great service by our waiter Roger! Great food and it was reasonably priced. Large portions of food and the ribs really fell off the bone!! I highly recommend this restaurant and PLEASE do not look at the past reviews. It's worth the visit!!

We stopped here for dinner after a long drive in from Myrtle Beach, lets just say we were NOT disappointed. Staff was amazing, this restaurant was so welcoming when you walked in and lets not forget the most important part, their food...to DIE for. Absolutely delicious. I got a steak dinner and I was beyond pleased. If we are ever passing through again without hesitation we will be stopping. Thank you all for such an amazing dinner ❤
