To start with the wrong food was brought to us. We had to take it in and wait for the correct food. Then my wife's food was burnt, covered with too much sauce, probably to cover up the burned part. Also, there was supposed to be pulled pirk on the sandwich. The amount was a joke, there was a small amount in the middle of the sandwich. Very disappointing visit.

I was having a hankering for a Coney dog so we stoped here for lunch.The last time we ate here was not long after the Grand opening and it was packed.This time however the parking lot was nearly empty at peak lunch time.She had the double cheese burger and said it was ok at best.The tater tots were good and tasty.I had a foot long Coney dog with onions,chili sauce,mustard and cheese.It was ok .The bun was fresh but EXTREMELYsoggy caused by very sloppy chili sauce, the dog was not very warm and hard to chew,the whole sandwich was very hard to handle without making Big mess.Thank goodness many napkins were provided.The ice tea was perfect.This just could be hit or miss as everyone has a bad day from time to time. We will try here again one fine day.

My first experience I got the heel of the bread on my BLT toaster. I called to ask if this was normal. They informed me it was not an offer to give me another sandwich upon my return. I would like to thank everyone involved when I returned, the sandwich was excellent! As a consumer, I demand quality product. I think Sonic for making me a returning customer.

I ordered ahead on the app , when I get there , the app says I am not near the location. So I wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I pressed the #3 , then another 10 minutes for my order that should've been ready when I got there . That was enough to annoy me , but it gets worse for some reason my fries were cold and hard , although the bag with the cheeseburgers were warm . I take my food home and attempt to heat my fries. There was no saving them and 1 of the burgers had a big burn on about a fourth of the bun. They didn't taste very good either. My drink was completely filled with ice also . Complete waste of my money . I know the place is pretty new but this is ridiculous. Please train your employees better .

So good. Stopped here on the way home from Myrtle Beach and had very quick service. Tavis took our order right away and came out within 5-10 minutes, even apologized for the long wait, even though it was quick. The burgers were flavorful, juicy, and big. I got the #3 and my girlfriend got the #1. We also got an Oreo with Reese’s milkshake which was very good as well.

Burger was not that good and the pickles tasted a little weird. My wife had a hot dog and said it was very good. Mozzarella sticks were great! Fries and tator tots did not have any taste or salt or seasoning on them. Service was not good. We ordered on the app and it wouldn't let us checkin so we pulled into a spot and pushed the button. No one answered. Eventually the button timed out (didn't even know that was possible) and had to push it again. Again no one answered. My wife went inside and had to wait for someone to come out to deliver someone'l else's food to ask about our order. Once she did, they had it ready and waiting. Overall not fast and not really worth the waiting and cost.

Ate in on a Saturday night. You have to use a kiosk and the communication is hit and miss. We were the only ones in the dining area. Sonic radio was obnoxiously loud and playing awful music most of the time. Cold fries and tots but the side of onion rings was spot on. My wife wanted a hot dog and she said it was very good. My chicken nuggets were just ok and warm, not hot. I went to get refills and was told “we don’t do that here”. We won’t be back. On a side note, all trash cans were full. Even the one outside. The men’s room had a urinal that had not been flushed in a while. The sink and surrounding area had not been cleaned properly in a very long time. They had a faucet that wouldn’t shut off and was running water. No Apple Pay. Do they really think people want to come back to this?

Edit. Since i am a sucker for Sonics I went back last night and ordered a super sonic with bacon, the bacon tasted like charcoal really bad so I had to throw it in the trash. Another observation I made waiting for my food was that the person preparing the burger had his underwear hanging out and he kept pulling his pants up with his plastic gloves on. Defeats the purpose of wearing glows in my opinion.Old review:Pleasant surprise since last time I was there.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is cooked well and correctly others not so much. Don't think I've ever gotten a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster that was correct. They always seem to leave off the onion ring(s) and this time it had no onions at all whether rings or raw and the burger was a little over cooked.And just for the sake of mentioning Corp needs to change the refill policy for those dining in at locations that have indoor seating or reduce the percent of the regular fountain drinks.

Sonic is so rare around my party of the country so it's nice to get to stop for one this close to the highway. Bonus! It's only the third location I have seen with an actual eat in area, inside the building. I saw another in Barboursville, WV and one in Bend, OR. So cool! Outside of that the food was good, but everywhere the prices have gone up. Ouch.

So I showed up 10 mins before closing time. Google was wrong on its details, anyways the Night crew is awesome. Real cool. The Food, even though it was closing time, was on point and fresh. I felt bad about showing so late, despite that fact, they said load em down with some orders. These guys need a raise I swear. May not mean much to anyone else but 10 mins extra they kept the store open to make us food made sure my kids are hella good. if y'all see this thanks so much again.

We ate dinner at the Sonic in Beckley WV site. Just like all the other Sonics we have visited. The food was great A Double Cheeseburger with fries and the wife ate chicken tenders and homefries. Both had milkshakes but mine after not having a milkshake in five years was cheesecake and it was devine.Service was even better with our ?(carhop) Courtney catering to our every whim. She was very outgoing and respectful to us and the other customers. All in all a very pleasant experience thank you.💜💜💜🤓🤓Parking: This location just happen to be across from the Howard Johnson Lodge we were staying at. Location had plenty of parking spots for both outside and inside clientele. Thank you 💜💜🤓💜Wheelchair accessibility: The doorways, ramps, bathrooms were very accessible and I do use a wheelchair. But instead of my chair I used my two special canes my wife uses one cane so I know what I'm talking about.

The first time I ate here (opening night) was not bad. Next time was ok. Third time I ordered a coffee at 7:30 am and waited 15 minutes. Since I was going to be late for work I had to park and go in and they still didn't have a cup of coffee for me. I got a refund. Last time I went here I waited 5 minutes at drive thru menu speaker and no one ever answered, so I drove off. I wonder if they are hiring people with social problems from the two star hotels near by.

worst customer service, Waiting 1 hour for our meal. they refused to make onion rings when we ordered them, even on the burger that has onion rings on them. and every week when we ask if they have onion rings, they always say "sorry but we ran out of onion rings". Not worth going to, save your money for another burger place. They will get your order wrong, and expect you to be ok with it. Had a talk with the manager at one point, and he made sure our order was correct, BUT, he seemed to be the only one doing any actual work at the time. This location, wouldn't mind seeing it shut down, there's no excuse for this level of customer service.

This time was surprisingly better because maybe they noticed my daughters were ordering their own meals..Also because they were paying with their money they earned..but they were happy with the foods taste and that it was fresh. My daughter's are way too vocal but since they didn't have anything negative to say I wanted to post and say they were satisfied and asked to go back again tomorrow!.

I’m so used to fast food places where I live messing up our order. I ordered online ahead and got our food, but I thought 2 things were missing. So I pressed the button to let them know. The manager came out and we figured it out. A bag was put in the back , our 3 kids were back there, and that’s where the items were. The manager was very nice and helpful! Also the food was great! Wish we had a sonic in Ohio where we live, 4 hours away.

I’d give zero if I could. Poor customer service. Staffs appearance was like they hadn’t bathed in weeks. Food and trash on every table. And all in the floor. They didn’t put the onion ring on my sandwich. And the manager was outside making out with her boyfriend.

One of the nicest looking sonics in the nation, I’ve been to many across many states, the problem is the food is consistently the worst in the nation. The staff are rude, thoughtless and don’t seem to care about their jobs. The only orders are usually wrong a minimum of one time, sometimes they get it wrong multiple times and when you do finally get it, the taste is terrible. They do not seem to change the grease in the fryers or clean the grills. I am hoping the health department does this city a favor and and seriously investigates this places

I’ve gave this place many tries. I’m local. Usually a 15-25 min wait even if you are the only person in the drive through. Please expect a 2-3 minute wait for someone to respond on the intercom. They often do not have an all day menu because they say they will have to wait 15 mins for a burger or the chili isn’t warmed. Usually only one person working the mornings. They have to take the order and cook. I feel bad for them. I can’t believe a new business like this is being managed this way. It will fail if it does not change.

I won't go back after tonight. I've worked multiple jobs where I'm regularly cursed and yelled at for something that's not my fault so I really try to be a kind and considerate customer. I can count on one hand the number of times I've filed a complaint on a business. But there was no excuse for the awful service tonight. The girl was immediately rude the moment I started to place my order. She audibly sighed multiple times as if taking my order was an inconvenience. I placed a simple order for a combo and an extra side and asked to pick up my friend's already paid for small online order. I remained patient with the girl even though she was rude the whole time because she seemed to be struggling. A male interrupted asking my order so I repeated it a 2nd time. And then the girl, still rude and sighing, had me repeat my order a 3rd time. I went to pay but nothing appeared on the screen so I assumed there was a technical issue and I would pay when they delivered the food. It turns out they had rang up the order at at an entirely different spot. The girl who took my order comes out with some food and asks me in an annoyed tone if it's mine. I told her no and she rolled her eyes and walked off. The guy was out there with my order and almost walked away until my friend waved him down. He took my payment and said he'd be back with a straw. I tried to tell him I didn't need one but I had something to say and he ignored me and walked off, repeating that he would get me a straw. I said again that I didn't need one but I had something to say. I started to tell him about the issues I had and he kept trying to leave. His only excuse for the girl being rude was that she was new and they were about to be really busy. I saw 2 or 3 other cars the whole time I was there and it was 10:30 at night. Not once did I raise my voice or get disrespectful with any of the staff yet I never got an apology and the service was nothing but terrible. You're better off going to literally any other restaurant in Beckley.

First time taking the folks. Used drive thru since it was so hot. They enjoyed the burgers and shakes but the fries were no good. Rubbery and dark in color like they sat for a little time. $30 plus for 3 people on cheeseburger French fries, and upgrade to medium shakes for drinks.Parking: Parking was very accessible.Kid-friendliness: Great experience for young kids as it is a curb service like there used to be. It allows them to experience something from the past.Wheelchair accessibility: Outdoor tables and handicapped accessible doors and restrooms, as well as indoor dining.
