Best vet around. I’ve been taking my dog here for 5 years now, but recently got a cat and took her here to get spayed. Wonderful, professional, and friendly staff. Dr. Dorsey is an amazing vet!

We had taken our cats there a couple times without too many issues. We used to go to Daniels Veterinary, but after they closed we've been going here the past couple years. We had previously had a cat neutered there without any problems so when we decided to get our other cat spayed we called and got a quote that it would cost around 100 dollars, which was fine. My husband made the appointment a month before and I dropped her off. When I was dropping her off the woman at the front counter kept kinda interrupting me as I was trying to tell her why I was there. When I said I had an appointment she said they didn't take appointments. When I finally got it out that it was for a surgery that's when she finally took her. The next day when I went to pick her up she told me that apparently she had been in heat and the surgery that was originally 100 dollars was 182. 82 extra dollars. I know for some people that's not a lot but we budgeted for this surgery and didn't plan on that. Luckily we had it, but barely. A heads up would have been nice. We didn't know she was in heat, she didn't show us any signs, and they easily could have called us. We're definitely looking at other vets though for the future.

Best vet doctor. Him and his staff are so so sweet and nice. I 100% trust them with my fur babies the only vet I take my fur babies to. He is so good with animals and so is the rest of the staff. They are all very knowledgeable plus they are Christians so makes this place even better.

I doubt if I got the service my young male cat really needed.He was sick and very dehydrated .He stayed overnight and by the next morning he died.The original vet that had seen Billy was not there the morning I called to ask how he was doing .This is kind of dismissive attitude about it like he did' nt really make the effort to try.to know more ,(the vet) after telling me the cat had passed a few minutes ago.Near $400 to get him back in a box.It is my opinion this clinic is run like a second rate Raleigh General hospital,like it is run the same way for people as it is for animals,but probably worse!! Disappointed.

Friendly and caring service from a family-owned clinic.The clinic has cared for at least eight of our dogs and two cats. We have went there at least 30 years.We ❤ everyone there for how they take care of our pets!

Took my sweet kitty to the animal hospital today. Everyone there was very nice and showed genuine concern for the animals. The hospital is conveniently located for me, so I was very pleased!

Dr. Ben Dorsey is the most caring pet loving vet I've ever known. He goes out of his way to help. He even carried Molly out to my car where my back was in such bad shape. Molly & all my other 3 kitty's love him. He is so gentle with Molly she doesn't even get scared to go to the vet.

Called this so called animal hospital my dog is choking badly. They told me they've been on vacation a couple weeks and can't see her. Really!!! Dog sounds like she's dieing and they won't see her! I stressed how bad it is and they sent me away. I wouldn't recommend Any animal go here I have Never seen an animal "hospital" turn away an animal in a emergency situation. What a sorry place

Had my Rubert to the Dr this morning and the whole staff was wonderful to us. I was worried as usual for my buddy but after today's visit we will definitely be back and now I feel comfortable in taking my Tigger as well. Thank you Dr Dorsey

Dr. Dorsey is amazing with animals. I have never truly trusted a vet until him, he is the only one i will ever go to! My relatively nervous cat was so calm as soon as he started to pet her. None of my cats gave him a hard time at all with receiving shots and examination, as if they trust him too. Truly the best vet ever. He is so knowledgeable and a true professional. He helped us out so much with some kittens we found and is always so genuine. The staff is always so nice and they have pretty good rates. ♡ this place

I've been coming to this vet office since my oldest Dog was a puppy. I've also had one dog spayed here as well. Through the visits we have, the staff is always so nice, calm and helpful. Dr.Dorsey himself is just so great with animals overall. I wouldn't trust any other Vet with my Dogs.

The staff is always kind and the evening hours are a plus if you work strange hours like I do. Dr. Dorsey is knowledgeable and friendly. I don't shop around for prices but my vet bills feel like a good price for my cat's treatments, and she has been to the veterinarian a lot in her first year. I haven't had a kitty in years and expected to pay a lot more.

Dr. Dorsey and his staff are very caring and loving of the animals and their people. Dr. Dorsey has taken care of 3 of our family pets and 1 work hound. He is genuinely caring about them and even called to check up on them after surgery’s and procedures. I will always take my pets and work partners to him.

I do not do reviews but i felt my experience needed to be told and i have waited over a month to get thru the loss of my Jake. I have had my Jake since 2006 and it was time to put him down. I haven’t had to do this ever and this was my first. I waited for 4 hours in my Jeep. Only to be the last person at 845 at night and thats when i found out i had to hand off my Jake to the doc, take his collar and wait for my receipt. This cat and i have traveled everywhere and i couldn’t be there with him in his final hours? Absolutely a disgrace to their practice. No empathy what so ever. These animals are with us for their entire lives and they haven’t the ounce of decency to have a clean room for family just for this purpose. Not dozens of people just me. Vaccinated and masked up lil ol me. At the end of the day their last patient at 845pm. At night. This practice should be ashamed of themselves at how they treated me. ALL IN THE NAME OF COVID. I will never go back here nor recommend your practice.

I had to put my very sick dog to sleep last week, and the office would not take us first (as they are still closed for COVID 19. We had to sit with our sick and dying dog in our car for almost two hours before they would take him in. I even asked other customers in the parking lot if we could go before them, and most said yes. So I called the office back, told them this, and we still waited. The woman on the phone said that they could not take us first because other customers had complained about animals being taken before their turn. Well, I am complaining about how the staff and the doctor treated my sick dog. And Dr. Dorsey has lost my business because of it. And they don’t care. We didn’t even get the courtesy of a phone call from the doctor to express his sympathy. I know Dr. Dorsey has a lot of good reviews, but take this bad review seriously because please. All of this is the truth. His father, the father of the current Dr. Dorsey, is the only one who was kind to us that day. God bless him for that. But please, don’t waste your time and money on the current Dr. Dorsey.

Utterly USELESS!!! I had an emergency so i called needing exact location I was asked if I could hold.. I said NO I CAN NOT and she put me on hold anyway! She takes her time coming back to the call then immediately tells me "honey, we couldn't see ya anyway" AND HUNG UP ON ME WHILE I WAS BEGGING HER IN TEARS! PATHETIC! THEY DON'T CARE A BIT ABOUT DOGS!!!!

Love this place. The staff is wonderful and friendly to my bullmastiff as well as the vet. Sheba wanted her belly rubbed and he got in the floor with her and gave her lots of belly rubs and attention. She didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

Called 4 times. Finally got an answer to he put on hold and no one returned. Yet to find a courteous vet office in this area. Receptionist are apparently too busy to answer phones and listen to a potential client.

Doctor Dorsey was compassionate and caring while making sure that our Max was receiving the best of care. They saved his life 10 years ago and are still keeping him going!!
