You guys!! This is the absolute best place to find anything you need for all your fur babies and even the babies that dont have fur!. Bev and her team always keep the store looking neat and clean and always have what we need in stock!! Brittany their groomer is AMAZING with our dogs!! This is my go to store always!!

This place is horrendous and sickening to see if you love animals . Everything in this store is disgusting and not safe for any animals . The second I walk in no employee even looks my way as I stand at the counter for service . ALL and I mean EVERY single fish tank and all the critter tanks is disgusting covered in what looks like mold . Tons of dead fishes not one tank was clean . The other tanks where they keep spiders and hermit crabs have mold all in them . The smell is awful . I felt so bad for every single animal there . Birds are placed way up high where if they fell would definitely hurt them and you wouldn’t know they were even there unless you look up . All the shelves are covered in dust and hairs . Back by the area where they cut hair is covered in hair all over the floor and other debris. I was there to do the self wash and had to go ask them to turn the blow dryer on after already informing them I was doing the self wash . It stoped working after not even one minute . I couldn’t stand another minute in this place .

Great place if you like to see piles of dead fish and be ignored by employees.I went in to get some tetras. Most of the tanks were empty and very dirty. The goldfish tank literally had piles of dead fish at both top and bottom. Once we had decided on the ones we wanted from the minimal selection, I stood out and waited for someone to help me for at least 10 minutes. Unfortunately all the employees were playing with someone’s dog up at the front of the store. I went over and waited expectantly right next to them, trying to make eye contact with no luck. When I finally finally butted in (I was with two kids under 7, so just waiting patiently wasn’t’ really an option) and asked for some help, they looked at me like I was making the greatest imposition you could imagine. We ended up with some fish that will work in the aquarium, but just not a great experience all around.

My granddaughter and uncle bought a parakeet a week ago and now it's dead after only a week. I just called and manager refused to replace without a receipt or rewards card. He paid cash well over 100.00 for both. All you need to do is take part number off a new cage and it will tell you when it was last sold. Not a very happy customer right now, that's a lot of money to not take care of your customers 🤬🤬

They usually have the high end dog food I switched to. It’s a more expensive brand because they weren’t consistent with stocking the other high end dog food I was getting. So now I pay $10 more per bag(I buy 3 at a time) because they always have it. I’ve noticed recently they only have one type in a 40lb bag and the other 2 in only 24lb bags. I need all 3 in 40lb bags. I’m feeding 2 Great Pyrenees, a German shepherd and an American bulldog. All are over 90lbs. They say they can’t do a personal order for me. Hmm 🤔Good news is they usually have plenty of puppy chow but only in 30lb bags at $35 per bag. It’s continually went up every month since October.When they have sales on dog supplies they are very good prices. Toys and collars are usually a good price only when on sale.Most of the workers are kind and very helpful. There was only one time they weren’t aware the African tank frogs were dying because there was gravel in the tank. They can’t get the food out of the gravel. Hopefully I helped solve that problem but i haven’t seen any more cute African frogs since. Sad because they get along with betas and are really cool as pets. The 4 stars are for the cleanliness of the store and the small animal cages and their grooming services are excellent for price and they do everything from conditioning paw pads to filing nails.

This was my first visit to the establishment. It was difficult finding someone to ask for a specific dog food. It appeared there were only 2 people working. The cashier and one person in the grooming area. When asking the cashier for assistance, he said, "Once he was done ringing up customers." There were 7 people left to ring up, so I left.

Staff was friendly, after you found them..and seemed to be able to answer my questions I had but then the fish I bought didn't even make it thru the night..I haven't been able to get out (due to weather) to go back to the store so I have tried calling (REPEATEDLY) to no avail for past 3 days now..which I'm sure they probably weren't open the one day cause it was bad out so I give them that..but this is just crazy!!

From THE BEST Manager BEV FRALIN...with Andy, Angie, and Melissa, they always make sure that every customer is taken care of and hookd up with anything and everything they need. And their grooming salon is second to none with my favorite, phenomenal Brittany! Brittany knows doggos, and has the ability to calm the over-energnetic (like mine!) Into the most beautiful, perfectly styled babies in 3 counties! Huge dog love!!!!!!*. ❤️

I know it's not only this place, mostly everywhere I go now. I don't know what's wrong with employees anymore. They think they can just walk outside smoke cigarettes and play with their phone and not wait on customers. Leave you standing there forever while they're smoking or fiddling with their phone

6:08 I arrived at Beckley WV's store, there were customers in the store, there was an employee at the door, she said I can't go in because the store closed like 6 o'clock, I explained that I found 3 baby birds and I need to buy urgent food for the babies, she wouldn't let me buy, I asked to speak to the manager and he also refused to sell me food, I said that the babies will die and he ignored it, I don't recommend this place to anyone because they don't think about animals only in orders and cash! Bad service and no respect for animals

This store is the only place we trust groomers. Exceptionally professional staff. My massive German Shepard is a good boy, but boy is he a pain to bathe. I don't know what kind of magic they use, but he always comes out smelling good and looking perfect. the grooming services are cheaper than pet smart, and I don't like the way pet smart treats animals. The people here actually care. Always ask for Brittney!!! She's our pups favorite and does such a wonderful job. Shes such a sweetheart.

Great store! Staff is friendly. Love watching the fish. Great selections of pet foods... among everything else. Located right beside Walmart. We choose to browse in here one day (before Covid-19,) while we waited for our Walmart pickup that we had shown up early for. We adopted two of our four guinea pigs from here a year ago. They are still thriving little piggies.

Called ahead of time to make certain they had what I needed for my aquarium lights. Rep told me we have them np. Drive 80 miles round trip…um NOPE not the one after I tried explaining over the phone exactly rep guaranteeing “we have all kinds of them I need not put one back” NEEDLESS TO SAY BETH KNEW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT SHE SAID,AND WHILE I WAS THERE. OTHER THAN SORRY 😣 CANT GET GOOD HELP ANYMORE ANYWAYS

If your going to raise ur prices of dog food u should fix the price on the shelf. I don't think if the shelf price if lower I should have to pay a higher price . Take all ur tages down that is false averting.I won't be back to buy sweaters anymore. I'll get them online .I luv that they keep sweaters and shirts in for little dogs . I buy xs and small and medium . Thanks ya'll r very helpful.

We had two of our dogs groomed. Both groomers did an excellent job. They were also very friendly. We just moved here from North Carolina.
